Great stay, only issue would be accessing the bed in the loft if you are tall.

I love the Willamette Cottage! It is in a perfect location, walkable to Willamette University, downtown, the farmers' market and the Amtrak station. It is well equipped and had everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the full washer and dryer since this was the last portion of a longer trip. Caleb and Rachel were incredibly responsive, replying right away to my request to extend my stay when they had an unexpected cancellation. I would definitely come again! Thank you!

Perfect location to attend a conference at the Salem Convention Center. Cute as a button and squeaky clean! They even have bikes with helmets (we didn't get a chance to use - but nice they were available). Great part of town to walk in. You do need a street parking pass in your vehicle which they provide. Please be aware the bed is upstairs in the loft so you will need to use stairs to access. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Perfect place for 1-2 people in the Salem area.

Everything was nice and clean and easy to access the house from the driveway. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, and it was lovely to have a washer and dryer. I thought the stairs going up to the loft where steep with narrow treads and the two low back chairs in the living room could easily be replaced with two recliners, which would take up less space and be more comfortable.

Cleanliness was exceptional. Host was easy to get a hold of. We had our small dog with us and there is a great park nearby to walk or play if you have kids with you. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The kitchen had all new utensils, everything needed to cook up a meal. The bed was comfortable and plenty of wall outlets to charge your phones, etc. We will come back for another stay.

This little cottage had everything we needed and more. It was clean, cozy and conveniently located, walking distance to the best breakfast/brunch restaurant ever, (Word of Mouth), and the capital building grounds were about a 15 minute walk. Would/will definitely book again when in the Salem area.
