The house was super clean and looked brand new. Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We walked to the lake and enjoyed the kayaks. Turner was the perfect location. We hiked Silver falls, and toured Salem.

Great location - small town with a lake, walking trail, and (really good) coffee shop nearby! Close proximity to Silver Falls State Park, Evergreen Waterpark / Air Museum, the Oregon State Capitol and more.The home was cozy, had everything we needed and more. Really comfortable beds and the softest blankets and decor pillows! The host was great to work with and we would gladly stay here again when we're back in the area.

It's always a relief when a place feels so clean and fresh. The atmosphere is so inviting, making you want to just settle in. Plus, having a really nice host just makes the whole experience even better. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It's those little touches that make a big difference.

The accommodations at Paula's Lake House were phenomenal. The space was immaculate; beautifully designed, and stocked with everything we could've possibly needed for our stay. The proximity to the lake/walking paths was a huge bonus, the neighborhood was peaceful, and Paula made herself available to us throughout our stay for any additional needs that may arise.

On the outskirts of Salem near the little lake in small Turner a quiet neighborhood with a well kept park on the block. Loved the temperature controls zones per space and the amenities were top line plush down to the details. Washer/dryer, iron & board, kayaks in the garage with access to the backyard & patio. Only challenge was steep stairs with single rail to the 2nd floor living space. Very comfy & restful for our stay.

This was a brand new, clean, place to stay. Easy check in and out process, the host communicated with us and made herself very accessible to us. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It is walking distance to Turner Lake, which we walked around every evening and paddle boarded during the day. Storm Coffee is within walking distance. We will stay here again.

Rarely can someone say their stay was flawless, but that's exactly what we experienced during our four-night stay at the Lake House.The home and furnishings are literally brand new and absolutely beautiful. To say the place is well-appointed would be an understatement. The hosts have truly thought of everything—we lacked for nothing during our stay.Communication with the hosts was excellent, and check-in and check-out were both effortless. There were just a few simple, very reasonable house rules, unlike some owners who make you feel like you're on their payroll! All in all, this was a legitimate 5-star stay. The next time I'm visiting friends in Salem, the Lake House will be the first place I check for availability. Highly recommended!
