Welcome to our BEACHFRONT studio condo, located directly on the whitest and softest sand of Sand Key Beach, on the Gulf of Mexico. Sit on your private beachfront balcony, and enjoy SPECTACULAR SUNSETS! This studio provides optimum tranquility and privacy due to its location on Sand Key's private beach. This open concept Studio provides spectacular beach front views.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a murphy queen size bed (sleeps 2), two reclining sofas .
Open space living room with a flat screen smart TV, lots of closet space, and a large outdoor balcony, perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets while overlooking the ocean. Located on each floor are washers and dryers for your use. Entry-way balcony offers a view of the inter-coastal waters of Clearwater Bay. Enjoy the family-friendly environment, with access to the large outdoor swimming pool equipped with lounge chairs and tables. We also included a set of the beach chairs and umbrella for your convenience.

The complex has an open parking lot as well .Though a car is recommended, it is certainly not
necessary due to Clearwater's convenient and accessible public transportation (Jolly Trolley and PSAT). Condominium grounds include outdoor showers on the beach entrance, and pretty gardens surrounding pool area, as well as barbecue available for outdoor grilling.

Loved it!

We had the best time! The condo was just as described, the area was safe and Terry was a wonderful host! She answered us immediately when we had questions and the condo was very nice. It was perfect for my small family. The beach was so nice, it wasnt crowded and the area was so nice and clean! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice beach getaway! Thanks again for making our experience so pleasant!

Beautiful Location Overlooking Gulf Beaches

My first time visiting the Gulf coast of Florida and the location of the studio was perfect for sunsets. 7th floor view over beach and property pool below. Enjoyed the pool area. Very clean and secure. Very well kept grounds. Studio has Murphy bed that was surprisingly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, umbrella available. Access to paid laundry just across the hall. Very good location away from crowds of Clearwater just north. Had a wonderful stay. Took stars off because attention to details in cleanliness could be better especially in kitchen. This is a reflection of cleaning service however, not the hosts. Also check in didn’t go as smooth as I anticipated since I arrived 7pm and getting through security took a while. Luckily they were still there because normally security is off at 6, or I’d not been able to get through the gate!

Relaxing

If you are looking for a relaxing place to spend your vacation, this is it. The view onto the beach and the Gulf is breathtaking. The east side of the building provides a cheery sunrise while the west side of the building gives you a breathtaking sunset. There are no better sunsets in the world than the ones you see on the Gulf of Mexico. The condo itself is surprisingly roomy as is the kitchen which is well stocked and modern. And the Murphy bed sleeps just like a hotel bed. There are two large leather sofas both of which recline. The shower is large and modern. As for the swimming pool, it is large and well heated. While lounging around the pool, you can view the beach and the gulf. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We will be back.

Perfect for couples or a small family!

We had the best time staying at the Harbour Light Towers! We had such a relaxing time. Sand key area is so peaceful and the beach is beautiful with a wonderful view up from the balcony. It’s close enough to several really good restaurants and a little convenience store is right across the road. We used the trolly system a lot to get places and which is nice too. This place has everything you need for a relaxing stay! Thank you so much Terry and Mario for lending us your home!

Wonderful Vacation But Some Hiccups To Consider

We are grateful to have been allowed to stay at Bellaire Beach area of Clearwater. Beautiful beach, beautiful bay behind us, and neighborhood, and pool. The place was generally clean, but it looked like the housekeeper was not detailed and only cleaned essential areas (I have hotel-like high standards), and covered scent with deodorizing cleaner Fabuloso--ughh! It didn't quite cover the wet musky scent,, probably humidity.. It was a nice space and can see a little of the wear and tear over the years: scratched refrigerator door surface, lower cabinets were covered in drips, missing light cover in the hallway, great bathroom shower, aged patio furniture, and the bed rather comfy. The owner's might look into an appropriate door weather strip for the threshold. Windswept rain would flow underneath would constantly flow underneath the door; we had to place towels to keep the hallway dry. We appreciate the owners assisting us with the TV, cable, AC, and recommendations to local eateries early on. The only grunt is the long time-lapse in communication at times prior to our arrival, particularly in making the reservation of property with VRBO. It needs to be a smoother process--not sure how with VRBO. The guestbook/owner's instructions was missing, it could have eased a lot the early questions with the amenities, and anything regarding our room.. The property manager was not communicating after a couple of voice-mail attempts. Some of the building staff behaved unprofessionally. Neighbors were quite friendly and quiet with no disturbances. Overall we enjoyed our stay, relaxing, close to a beautiful uncrowded beach, and close to main avenues and venues. Thank you Mancuso family!

Beautiful location

The condo is in a nice building where we found people to be very nice and helpful. The view from the balcony is beautiful, looking directly at the beach and sea with the lights from Clearwater Beach off to the right. It was extremely hot so we would only take long walks on the beach at sun rise and/or sunset. Early mornings and evenings were really nice with only a few people, who we began to recognize, walking and/or exercising on the beach at those times. We felt safe walking after the sun was down. There were some nice restaurants right across the street and a great bakery, The Parisian Cafe, about two miles away on the same Island. The trolley that would take you to various places stopped across the street from the Condo. A fantastic place to stay if you are a beach-goer.

Winter getaway

We recently stayed in this unit and can't say enough good things about it. We were wondering how spacious a studio would be, and we were pleasantly surprised at how much room we had, not only for storage but to be comfortable in the unit and not feel cramped. The murphy bed is a great way to utilize the space. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had everything we needed for any type of meal we were preparing. The unit is very well stocked. The bathroom shower is amazing as well and nicely updated. aaaaannnnd the view!!! just spectacular!... The Clearwater area is beautiful. The owners are wonderful to work with. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed and taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice condo with an amazing view

Everything was great here. There weren't that many people, even on the weekend. There is a small grocery store and a couple of restaurants across the street. We ate at the diner every morning because the food was so good. The only thing I wish this condo had was a screen door so we could keep the door open at night and listen to the ocean. Thanks much!

Exactly as it shows in the display!

The studio owners are absolutely amazing. Any time I had questions about the property they messaged back very quickly.... the room was absolutely as advertised... bed was comfy and soft. Definitely plush not firm! The view from the balcony was great! I have 0 complaints about the room or clearwater!! The only issue with the stay was the building itself was under construction and there was jackhammering which rattled the room and the noise was awful from 830 to 530 every day except the 4th of July. So we didn't get to really be in the room much during the 830 to 530 just because of the noise. We would of probably went with another room if we would of known construction was happening. Besides the construction this place was great and again the owners are great too. I'd definitely stay here again but I'd check on condo construction 1st.

Wonderful family vacation!

We were very happy with this condo and it’s location. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. We were on the beach all day every day, which was just a short walk from the condo (just as pictured). It was beautiful and not many people! We usually had the pool to ourselves as well. Very happy with our decision to stay here!

Sand Key Condo Experience

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on the beach. The condo fit our needs perfectly. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated nicely. Gorgeous views and beautiful sunsets. The bed and couches were really comfy. Would be happy to return for another beach week.

Nice beachfront condo

My wife, daughter and I stayed here over the 4th holiday and were very please. The condo is a studio but met our needs. The location is close to Clearwater but significantly less crowded. Construction prevented us from using the balcony but the owner made us aware of this upfront prior to booking. Highly recommended.

Aside from construction, FABULOUS!

Myself, Mother and two young boys had a wonderful stay!! The condo is a one room studio with a bathroom... bar style counter separating the living area/bed from the kitchen, and was just perfect for what we needed. The couches recline out on both ends into somewhat of a futon style. The owners are very friendly and accommodating!!!!! The building was in the process of receiving updates which was unfortunate for the timing of our vacation, but the owners graciously worked with us to the best of their abilities, and it was much appreciated as they still need to generate an income. The view is breathtaking, beach is beautiful and private, pool is amazing.We spotted dolphins just past the buoys on the beach! It's a short trip via Jolley Trolley to Pier 60 / Clearwater Beach where there is an abundance of entertainment and eateries without the hassle of driving or parking. We hope to make this an annual trip! I LOVE IT HERE. Highly recommend.

Everything You Need!

This condo is lovely and has everything you need -- from a beach umbrella and chairs to measuring cups and bowls to make a cake. We have rented in this building many times and love its casual atmosphere...and this condo was by far the most clean and beautiful. You will definitely feel like you are on vacation here! And, to top it off, very nice owners!

Excellent stay at the condo!!

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo has beautiful views and we spent our time eating on the balcony. The location of the condo is quiet and parking is secured. The pool was a great size and rarely ever had more than 4 people around it. The kitchen was fully equiped. We wish we stayed longer!

Well-appointed condo with beautiful view

I stayed in this wonderful condo in May. The owners were great to work with. The Wi-Fi and TV were first-rate, the landline phone an added bonus, the kitchen equipped to handle just about anything short of a banquet. As for the barware ... how about glass swizzle sticks? The Murphy bed was excellent and the four separate auto-reclines that comprise the two sofas were fun. The balcony features a really comfortable recliner and a table for dining to watch the sun set over the Gulf. The location is across the street from a small upscale mall with fine restaurants and a short walk to a Marriott and a Sheraton. The building has friendly residents. But this is not just a 55-and-over place. There were children in the pool area just about every day and there seemed to be some quick turnovers regarding length of stays. Overall, though, an outstanding place I highly recommend.

Wonderful condo!

I had a wonderful stay in this condo. The unit is very well appointed with a luxurious shower and plenty of closet space. The sunsets from the balcony were fabulous and I even saw dolphins swimming in front of the building. The Murphy bed was very comfortable, as were the auto recline sofas. There was easy access to the beautiful beach. I highly recommend this condo and would love to stay there again in the future.

first time renter

I searched numerous condos for our rental on Sand Key, Fl. When I found this one I was delighted! The photos are exactly like the condo is when we arrived. The furnishings were beautiful and all the extras, appliances, dishes, etc. in the condo exceeded my expectations! The location could not be better. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. This was my husband's and my first trip to Sand Key but it certainly will not be our last! We certainly would stay here again! Susan
