We loved staying in this wonderful condo. It had perfect sunsets, a peaceful beach, a great location and everything you need for an amazing vacation. We plan to go back. Paul communicated well and we loved the trolley!

Great location

Great location if you want to enjoy Clearwater Beach without all the traffic and tourists. Paul was a great host and everything we needed was provided.

Spring vacation

We had a wonderful time. The view was phenomenal, the weather was perfect. We saw dolphins and ate great seafood. We really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater.

Great information and directions from our host!Condo was equipped so well from kitchen, tv’s, beach chairs towels and the view was the best! Walkable to restaurants and shops and a great central area to visit friends and family from Bradenton, Tampa and Dunedin. We couldn’t have as for anything more.

Perfect location on Sand Key

We love this location and have stayed in Lighthouse towers several times.. this was the 1st time in a one bedroom..

Absolutely Gorgeous

All the comforts of home but with an absolutely amazing view… the condo itself was like staying at our home, very clean, organized, up to date in furnishings and very comfortable. I think we have found our new beach vacation home… We absolutely love our stay!!!

Great View

The view was amazing, and the location was perfect for us. It was close in proximity to downtown Clearwater, but you had a bit of beach privacy when you wanted. Everything that we needed to possibly bring to the beach was readily available.

Great condo!

We love the quietness of Sand Key and this condo was perfect. It is located across the street from shops and several waterfront restaurants. We enjoyed the view from every room. We even saw dolphins from the living room and balcony. The condo was well stocked and clean. Can't wait to vacation here again.

Winter escape

Beautiful location, gorgeous beach, plenty of delicious restaurants in the area. Building is in the midst of renovations so expect some possible disruptions. Unit was very clean with all the comforts of home provided.

Spectacular view

It was a great experience. All communications were handled quickly. The property was great and the view of the Gulf and sunsets were spectacular.

Great view of the beach!

The accommodation was excellent. Everything necessary for a pleasant stay was available. The kitchen was very well equipped. Towels and beach towels were all provided. Also a beach trolley. The living room has a magnificent view of the beach. We liked it very much. We felt very comfortable for the four weeks.

Lighthouse Towers

Condo was as advertised. Paul was GREAT to work with. Neighbors were friendly and we were able to get a few games of tennis in. Hot tub was useful after. Beach is just steps away and Sand Key is nice and quiet. We didn’t really need to bring ANYTHING as the condo has it all.

Had a great stay Oct 23 to Dec 3, 2019 in this beautiful beachy condo.

Had a wonderful stay in Paul's 8th Floor condo. Everything needed was supplied. Only one thing would make it all the better...an additional recliner in the livingroom. I have yet to find a sleeper sofa that was comfortable to sit on. The fireplace was great on a few cold evenings. This was our 3rd year staying at Lighthouse Towers on Sand Key Beach. Hope to return next year!

Very nice condo!

We loved staying in this condo. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week in the sun and water! Will definitely rent again! I almost forgot the Killer View of the beach!!!

Clearwater/Sand Key

Rental space very clean, well stocked with cookware and all "creature of habit" comforts for daily living with beach going supplies included. Will stay there again and recommend to others...

beautiful location and the beach is amazing. i loved my time there with a perfect location between Clearwater and Indian Rocks. Just outside the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. thank you for the accommodations.

Spring break getaway

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for spring break! I loved that my family could enjoy a beach view and have access to the every thing they needed while I commuted back and forth toTampa for business. The community and staff is very welcoming! Paul was quick and easy to communicate with if needed. The condo was very clean and felt like home! Would highly recommend!

Wanted to stay longer

This is the best location on Sand Key. As a one-bedroom place, it has a balcony that is just in front of the bedroom and so, the afternoons are very comfortable because there is shade all day long. I had to leave early because of a health issue, and I am so disappointed because I loved this place.

Outstanding

The condo was excellent, and what we expected. The property was directly on the beach, didn't need to cross the road to go to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all, and the sunsets were beautiful! Will stay again.
