We had such an amazing stay! There’s so much space for a big group and we were all very comfortable. The outdoor space was breathtaking as well and we were less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this property for your next group trip.

Great property for a crowd! We cooked dinner in one night and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the common areas were spacious. Great wraparound porch. Walkable to the beach and close to Falmouth Center. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks so much!

This gorgeous historic home in Falmouth turned out to be perfect for our annual family get-together (4 children, 6 adults). Everyone had their own bedroom and each family had a bathroom. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout that we felt like part of an old New England family. High-end appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. An easy walk to the Point where we watched many sunsets. We all loved the wraparound porch with rocking chairs. The outdoor shower was great after the beach. Our host, Melissa, was gracious and responded promptly. Altogether an unforgettable experience!

Beautifully featured home, remarkable construction

Perfect spot to enjoy Falmouth and Buzzard's Bay, with very accommodating wraparound porch and unique architecture and design. The check-in process was seamless and the kitchen and grill ready to go, with easy access to the excellent, large porch table and dining room.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful Falmouth home! It was the most perfect house for my bachelorette weekend with the girls. The host is responsive, helpful and we couldn’t have had a better time! Spacious, clean and in a prime location. We did not want to leave!

Best Bachelorette Stay!! We had the absolute best weekend. The house is beautiful, the instructions covered everything and we were so pleasantly surprised by the beach access. So many of us took the opportunity to take a swim. Perfectly relaxing and gorgeous home. With the beautiful grounds we also had backyard hibachi - truly was the best weekend and would book again!!

The house was perfect for our girls weekend! A beautiful porch big enough for everyone to have dinner and watch the sunset. We were pleasantly surprised by the private neighborhood beach - but would recommend bringing water shoes as it is a bit rocky. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed & Melissa was a great host!

We had a wonderful time at this spacious and charming home! Everything was immaculate and the house is beautifully appointed. Check in was simple and I was able to easily contact the owner when we had a question! The access to the beach is a lovely walk down the street to a neighborhood beach (with an adorably active osprey nest!) I actually cannot say enough about how great our stay was at this beautiful home!

What a beautiful and stunning property! Loved all the historic charm / QR codes around the house to learn a bit more. Went with some of my residency class to celebrate completing intern year, and it met all of our needs! Many great beaches/restaurants nearby.
