Two fully equipped kitchens, two fully furnished outdoor spaces, oversized deck with grill, washer/dryer, sleeps 10 (2 King, 2 Queen, Full over Full bunk beds) 3 living spaces, 2 pack and plays, 2 full baths, outdoor shower, large yard, and central a/c in every room! No ferry ticket? No car? No problem! This home is located close enough to the Vineyard Haven ferry for a quick bike ride or comfortable walk. Walking distance to trails and beach!

The house was amazing, stocked well, and had a cozy home feel to it! Our friends and family had a good time and there was tons of space not to feel on top of each other. The check in and out process was super easy and Caroline communicated well :).

Great house and location. The property has been renovated and it is a 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal. Would definitely book again if available

Great space for a larger group of friends/family traveling to Martha's Vineyard. We loved that the kitchens were well-stocked for hosting a larger group, and we also appreciated that the hosts had included sunscreen, beach towels, and so many other essentials for the trip! We would definitely rebook next time we're planning a trip in this area.

Clean house and property. The second floor deck was so comfortable! Not too close to town, but within walking distance . An excellent selection!!

Beautiful, every single thing had been thought of from an amazing welcome basket of snacks to toiletries to sunscreen to dishwasher pods. The spaces were immaculate and provided so many options for spreading out and coming together. Lovely, peaceful, convenient to everything location. Reserving, checking in, and communication were seamless

This was our first visit to Martha's Vineyard and we did not know what to expect. The housing was amazing. Having access to 2 kitchens was genius. We loved the deck. The house was clean, beautiful and well appointed. 100 out of 10!

This is a great house! Exactly as pictured. Lots of space for the whole family. Caroline was super communicative via the message portal on here. Check out instructions were easy. Check in and check out was smooth. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely be staying again if ever over here!

Wonderful Stay

Exceptionally clean and convenient. Beautiful home with unique character and design. We particularly love the three different seating areas as it allowed us to spread out a bit. While the picture are accurate the property exceeded our expectations.

I rented this home for a bachelorette party for a group of girls, and it exceeded every expectation (and expectations were high based on the listing). The property is absolutely stunning: honestly, it left me speechless! The photos are beautiful, but they still don't do it justice. Every room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully maintained. It truly felt like the perfect Martha's Vineyard summer home. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and so charming. We loved that we could walk into Vineyard Haven (if you don't mind a bit of a walk), making it easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and waterfront without always needing a car/uber. Our host Caroline was wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, even reminding us to reserve our car ferry about seven months in advance, which ended up being such valuable advice. It was clear that she genuinely wanted us to have the best possible trip! This home was the perfect setting for a girls' getaway, and we made so many amazing memories here. I would recommend it without hesitation and would absolutely love to come back!

Impeccable

Magnificently built home, tastefully furnished, astonishing amount of space, in a peaceful neighborhood very close to Vineyard Haven. We deeply appreciated the large bedrooms, king beds, and full household amenties. At the house we cooked, we lounged, we laughed, and rested deeply. A perfect stay just before full summer season, very highly recommended.

I have rented a number of Air B n Bs and VRBOs and this one delighted us more than others. Every detail was considered for our group up to and including sunscreen, aloe vera, and hair ties... oh, cotton swabs, too. The great quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other 'liquids' were great, too, since some carried on to the ferry and had limited the number of products they brought with them. The kitchen(s) were very well stocked with good quality pans and lots of silverware and glasses so we did not need to worry about being short for our group. The dishes were unbreakable type that made us less nervous bringing them out on the deck and patio, too. The snacks and very well-stocked and accessible tissues, TP, and paper towel were also very appreciated, since I often have to go out and buy those for places I've stayed. The furnishings were super stylish AND more importantly COMFORTABLE. I wish we had booked a longer stay. This place is great!

Charming

We enjoyed the charm of this home. Spacious. Would rent it again. Down side: Very late check in. Very early check out. Makes it tough considering luggage and travel times.

Lovely stay on a beautiful island

My family and I stayed on MV and we are a pretty large crew. Despite our size and young children (as young as 2), we found this home to be conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Vineyard Haven, a quick walk to the West Chop lighthouse and a bicycle ride to the nearby beaches. We'd recommend a car to get further afield but the bus system is pretty great too. The house was spotless and access was easy. Communication with the host was also really flawless. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it highly to any family looking for a fine vacation on Martha's Vineyard.

Family Friendly House

Owner's did a great job designing the house. It was modern and very clean. We had a group of 8 and the two kitchens came in handy. The house was well appointed with everything we needed for the week. The beach chairs were awesome! The neighborhood is quiet and residential so not a party house, which was ok with us. We had a great time and loved the house, so please note that the following comments are meant to be constructive to help the owners with future listings. I think it might make sense to mention on the listing that the top floor bedroom is not ideal for children or older adults. the spiral staircase could be tricky and it would be very difficult to bring luggage up there. Also, the big tree over the roof of the room made noise when it was windy so may want to trim the branches touching the roof. Also not sure that the air conditioner on the 3rd floor was working, but it was pleasant sleeping at night with the windows open. Overall GREAT!!!

We love this neighborhood is quiet yet centrally located near walking trails, public beaches and Main Street, Vineyard Haven. Great to jog around West Chop and take in the vistas or play golf at Mink Meadows just down the street. Sheriff's Meadow has great walking trails for young and old!

We have a unique 5 bedroom set up that allows privacy with 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 outdoor spaces, great for families or friends renting together! My favorite room is the tower room with 4 huge windows in every direction.
