As you step into the lower level, you'll be greeted by a spacious closet, a convenient laundry room, and additional storage areas. Stairs lead up to the main floor, but please note, the garage is not accessible during your stay.
The main floor features a welcoming kitchen, lounge, dining area, and a washroom. Two decks are accessible from this level: the back deck offers a BBQ and outdoor seating, perfect for al fresco dining, while the front deck provides a cozy spot to enjoy the fresh air.
In the lounge, comfortable couches and a gas fireplace create the ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring. The dining table is designed for larger families, with extra seating available at the kitchen counter bar.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from light snacks to full meals. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and oven. You'll also find essentials like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans. A coffee grinder is provided, so all you need is your favorite creamer.
Upstairs, you'll discover three generously sized bedrooms and the main bathroom. Each bed is dressed in luxurious hotel-quality linens, and the bathroom is stocked with locally crafted hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and plush towels. The main bathroom offers a shower over the tub and a vanity with a large mirror for added comfort.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
