Leslie has thought of everything you could want or need! Everything was immaculate from the moment we walked in. Beach access was second to none. If your looking for a cozy beach house away from it all, this it it!

Unresponsive host, pest problems, and no Wi-Fi. Would not stay again.The location is the only thing this rental has going for it. Everything else was a disappointment.The host sent check-in instructions and then went completely silent. She provided a phone number, but I got no reply to my messages through VRBO after 24 hours, and none to my texts either. A week later, I still haven't heard from her, even after reporting the issues below.•PESTS: We found mice in the bathroom and kept finding droppings in the bed. Food had been left in the cabinets, and there were eggs in the fridge that had clearly been there for a long time. That's likely what attracted the mice.•No AC on arrival: The house was about 100 degrees when we got there, and it took roughly two hours to cool down.•Wi-Fi: It didn't work the entire stay.•Cleanliness: Not filthy, but not properly clean either.The house is right on the beach, so sand wasn't an issue. However, if you're planning to swim, know that the water is only swimmable for about two hours a day, at high tide. The listing photos showing the water up against the rocks are only accurate for that short window. The rest of the day, the water recedes and the area is muddy and not swimmable at all.The mice droppings, spoiled food, and lack of any host response make this a health and safety concern. I've reported it to VRBO and am seeking a reimbursement.

Overall was fine but second bathroom is outside and the property had no running water. Messaged host and never heard back for two hours so booked another place. Oh and a large spider was in the kitchen where the ac condensation leaked on the counter…

1. Unable to find house at night. Police couldn’t even tell us where it was, we were given wrong address. No address on house. 2. The floor was sandy you could see other people’s foot print, we couldn’t even walk barefoot on it. 3. Listing says washer dryer, there is not one 4. We had to wash every dish prior to using as they were not clean. 5. The linens on beds were sandy, dirty, had not been washed as you could tell someone had slept in them, we just happened to have our own linens thank goodness. Some of the blanket had huge holes in them 6. Host would not communicate with us. Via call or text. 7. Looked for broom to sweep, it was in bushes outside 8. Second bathroom was outside and disgusting. 9. Almost all lamps were unusable due to no light bulbs. Half of the fans did not work. 10.Shower curtain was almost in shreds and barely hanging. 11. Woke up to no water the last day. 12. The couch/ chair was very stained, moldy, and outdated. 13. Inside of microwave had large chips that were rusted. 14. Mouse turds in pantry with very outdated food. 15. The door at the front facing the sea did not lock nor was it sealed neither was the kitchen door. 16. One lounge chair on patio not two as advertised. This place needs to be overhauled and deep cleaned before anyone should stay here!!

Everything we could need on our stay. we ran out of water and in less than half an hour it was filled again washer and dryer on the side of the house with a shower we used for rinsing the kids so they wouldn't bring in so much sand. Very beautiful place we had a lovely time and children had fun in the sand and water

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and roomy, lots of amenities, and the beds were very comfy. The house is right on the water and we spent most of the time on the deck. They have a great little "dog spa" for hosing off the pups after walls and frolicking in the water. Walking distance to stores and cafes and not far from the pier. Highly recommend!
