This was our second stay this year at this place. We love it and will definitely be back. Very clean the WiFi code had changed however the host was quick to respond with the new code. Highly recommend it!!

Great beach rental. Very clean, hosts are very responsive and welcoming. Steps away from the beach for a very reasonable price. We come down a few times a year and will look to rent here again.

We enjoyed this nice, quiet Casita for 7 nights. The beach was just a jump away, and we loved watching hundreds of pelicans bomb-diving for sardines. The beach was clean and our dogs had fun, too. We look forward to visiting this endearing place again.

We had a wonderful stay.

Host was great with answering any questions I had. The area was nice and quiet and we were just a few minutes walk to the beach. We will be using this great home again.

Great little guest house

We were really impressed with the place. It was easy to find, a short walk to the beach and quick drive into town. The place had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway and was a great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect guest house in Las Conchas

Fantastic location, nicely upgraded and very clean! We enjoyed every aspect of the casita and the neighborhood. Especially that our two pups were welcomed as well!

Our host was very welcoming and considerate. Jessica checked in on us online early in our visit to make sure that everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions we might have. The house was very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils and basic spices. It was also very quiet at night and only a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach where many times we were the only people on the beach. Nice!

Our pup could be a beach dog with just a bit of training.

Excellent stay!

Great location about 100 yards from the beach. Clean & well decorated. Perfect size for couple or family of 4 getaway. Property manager & owners very friendly & helpful with anything you need. No complaints whatsoever & will definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for my wife, myself & our beloved mastiff. Very close walk to great beach-nice tide pools when the tide is out, great smooth sand bottom swimming when her tide is in. Very well maintained & equipped rental at a small price
