Hello Naomi. I am so sorry to hear about pet hair, however this was never reported to us! We take cleanliness very seriously and pay a lot for professional cleaners to clean and they are happy to come back and make things perfect if they missed anything at all. We also were not made aware of any tape on the furniture, but to clarify we would not be using something we are actively listing as a staging area. I am unsure where this tape was, but we did not place it there or intend it to be there. I would have loved the opportunity to fix and clarify these issues, and had we been given the chance, we could have made your stay even better. In the future please let your host know as soon as possible so they have the chance to help! In regards to you replacing the batteries, we try to stay on top of this but sometimes guests remove the chord for the wifi connector box which severs the link we have remotely. I appreciate you taking the time to put batteries into the lock, however, you would not have been locked out since we do have a backup key on site just in case something doesn't work properly. Thanks for your stay and we hope your travels home were safe and easy. - Will

Thank you, Steven, for sharing your rating. We noticed you left 3 stars without any details or communication during your stay, and we truly value understanding how we can improve. This property has consistently provided excellent experiences for our guests, so receiving a lower rating is unusual. Our team takes great care to ensure the home is well-prepared, comfortable, and welcoming, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns if they had been shared with us. Guest feedback is essential for us to continue enhancing the experience, and we sincerely hope you’ll provide more insight in the future so we can better meet your expectations.

Thanks for giving us a positive rating and for choosing us for your stay. If your travels bring you back to town, we'd be delighted to host you again.
