This rental was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. While there, we had 1 or 2 concerns, and they were addressed quickly. Parking is ample, and the neighborhood is quiet. My girlfriends and I would stay there again, given the chance.

Perfect place for a couple guys for one night stop on our way south for a golf trip. Quick/cheap uber ride to restaurants/town and very clean house!

The backyard is beautiful. It is a great home for families too. The kids can enjoy the backyard and the game room is very nice. The home is very nice. It’s an older home, so just a reminder that there is not as much storage as newer homes. The host is outstanding and communicates very well.

This was a great stop for our one-night stay in Winston-Salem. Everything was very clean and the host communicated well. The furnishings are simple and no-frills - if you're looking for a luxury stay, this isn't for you - but it worked very well for us!

JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!

We were there for a conference, so this location is ideal! So close to the convention center, comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved it!

The house was very welcoming. The host was available for my needs. The house was equipped for all my needs and more! The amenities were great. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay there.

Boyz in the Hood. The house was on 25th Street East. Which is not a prime real estate location. Host was not responsive and simple amenities like BBQ utensils for the BBQ grill were not provided. Property looked like the pictures on the website, but it goes to the old real estate adage. Location, Location, Location!!!!!!!

The house overall is nice! Very clean, nice size kitchen. Host is very responsive and helpful. The front yard and backyard are nicely landscaped and the backyard is a nice size for entertaining with family and friends. Everything was clean and stocked.The only issue I had was the listing said it sleeps 8 and that is not the case. In room one there is 1 queen bed for (2) adults. Room two has 2 twin beds big enough for (1) adult each. I spoke with the host about that and they seem to think they are full sizes but they are not. My daughter has a full size in her room and you could fit two people on her bed easily. The living room pullout couch was broken so the host sent an air mattress. Thank you for that! The pullout is a day bed and only big enough for (1) adult. Then the third room in the back also has a small couch that can turn into a daybed which will only fit (1) grown adult. So I would say this house can sleep only 6 people if we are talking grown adults and no children. Other than that the stay was good! I would recommend the host either updating the listing or fixing those issues! I can say I would stay there again.

We loved having so much room while helping our son move in and get adjusted to college. My husband ‘worked from home’ at the dining table, I did laundry and our two sons played darts and watched Netflix. A true home away from home. The home was clean, communication with the owners was super quick, the property backyard was huge and we enjoyed the privacy that provided. Would definitely stay again. It’s very close to wake Forest but we needed a car to get to wake and restaurants. Would definitely stay again’

I recently stayed at this vacation rental in Winston-Salem and had a very positive experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of the property is its location. It’s just a short drive to Wake Forest University, which made it incredibly convenient for campus visits, events, and exploring the surrounding area. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, while still being close enough to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores.The owner was excellent to work with from start to finish. Communication was quick, clear, and efficient—messages were answered promptly, often within minutes, and all instructions for check-in and check-out were straightforward and easy to follow. That level of responsiveness made the entire process stress-free, especially when coordinating arrival times.The property itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. One practical note for future guests: parking is somewhat limited, so larger groups with multiple vehicles may need to plan accordingly.Overall, this rental is a great option for anyone visiting the Wake Forest area. Its combination of location, cleanliness, and attentive management makes it a solid and dependable choice.
