All our Magic Mouse Townhouse Vacation Rentals are right across the street from Downtown Disney! And just a 7-minute walk to the free Disneyland tram saves time and you don't have to pay Disney's $40 parking fee!

The complex was built in the 1970's and is slowly undergoing exterior renovation.

Magic Mouse Townhouse #3 SLEEPS 7 (only 5 adults max):
1. Kids bunk room - twin over full bunk bed and a trundle underneath. TV, sleeps 3-4 children.

2. Primary bedroom - king size bed, TV, bathroom, sleeps two.

3. Queen bedroom - queen size bed, sleeps two.

(pack-n-play crib available in condo)

BATHROOMS:
1. Full bathroom with shower/tub in upstairs hallway.

2. Full bathroom with stand up shower in Main bath.

3. Powder room with toilet and sink downstairs.

Perfect location for our stay. We were able to walk to and from Disneyland everyday of our stay. The Townhouse was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay at the Magic Mouse Townhouse again.

If you’re looking for a clean and safe place to stay for your Disneyland trip, this is an awesome location! Walking to the downtown district was easy, quick and felt very safe. The host was easy to communicate with and seemed genuinely interested in our comfort.

We had an excellent Disney trip staying at the Magic Mouse house. Everything was as advertised with reasonable walking distance to Disney, clean, nice pool area and great communication from the property owner. We had a couple changes to our flight intierary and the host was super helpful accommodating those and a great communicator. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse is conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown Disney and Disneyland! The walk is an easy walk. Our grandkids loved the bedroom that was Disney themed! The rooms were clean and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for what we wanted to do. We did not cook because most of our time was spent at Disneyland.

The host was timely with entry instructions. The location was great as promised. It would have been nice to have some coffee and water provided. Overall we had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay and will most definitely stay again. Proximity to Disneyland was amazing. We all slept well and we’re just a 10 minute walk to the parks. Our property host was super communicative. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great location and close to Disneyland. We didn’t have any major issues with the property and communicated with the property owner. This was a clean and well maintained property. We would definitely stay here again! Super easy ingress/egress and great parking!

Location to Disney was great for the price. Communication with host and check-in process was simple…..Cleanliness of the property was bad. Nothing had been wiped down before stay (sinks, bathrooms, showers), floors were dirty, metal nails were found in the bed. Pool and hot tub area were not clean (not the hosts fault). Due to poor cleanliness, we would not stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. I am a very proactive host who strives to earn 10-stars. I have used the same housekeeper for 7 years with mostly growing reviews. However, as a host who continues working to improve, as of March 27, 2026, I have hired a new housekeeper to ensure a higher level of consistency moving forward. Housekeeping did report that she found nails all over the condo after your stay. She spent a lot of time picking them up. I always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any concerns right away, but I appreciate you bringing this to my attention now.

Great location and comfortable stay

Excellent location within walking distance to park. Loved having access to the pool in the afternoons which was very relaxing. Property as described-very comfortable and had everything we needed.
