-Master Frozen Suite: Features a plush Queen bed, a 46-inch Smart TV, magical royal decor, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

-Bedroom 2 (Disney Theme): Features a comfortable Queen bed and a 32-inch Smart TV.

-Bedroom 3 (Cars Theme): Features a comfortable Queen bed and a 32-inch HDTV.

-Bedroom 4 (The Kids' Bunk Room): A Winnie the Pooh retreat perfectly equipped with two bunk beds (full-over-twin setup), offering four separate beds for children or singles, alongside a 46-inch Smart TV.

-Hallway Bathroom: A fully stocked modern bathroom conveniently located in the hallway featuring a bathtub and shower combination.

The open-concept living area is custom-built to keep the magic alive long after you leave the theme parks. Stretch out together on the plush chenille sectional sofa and enjoy a movie night on the large 70-inch Smart TV, pre-loaded with Disney+ and Netflix. Entertainment is built right into the space with a beautiful performance stage, a karaoke setup complete with two wireless microphones and Disney tracks, and an unforgettable indoor laser light show.

Private Outdoor Paradise & Kids' Play KingdomStep outside into a fully enclosed, private backyard oasis designed for ultimate relaxation and family fun. Unwind by the beautiful rock waterfall and palm trees surrounding our pristine swimming pool (maximum depth 5.5 feet) and hot tub spa (3 feet deep) that cascades into the pool. In-ground spa heating is fully included and set comfortably at 100 degrees Fahrenheit, while optional pool heating is available for an extra fee. Smaller children will love playing in the massive 12-foot long by 16-foot wide shallow Baja Step area, which also makes a perfect lounging spot for adults to sunbathe. The yard also features a premium barbecue grill, an outdoor dining patio for family cookouts, and a designated children's play area complete with miniature homes and a play castle.

Save money and cook with absolute ease in a large, fully equipped kitchen. It features stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, gas range, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You will find everything you need to prepare family meals, including premium cookware, a crock-pot, a rice cooker, a traditional coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, and a complete set of dinnerware. A high chair is also provided for our youngest guests. Dine together indoors or outdoors with a spacious dining room that seats ten, paired with a patio dining table right outside that also seats ten.

We provide three single strollers, a pack 'n play, starter toilet paper, starter paper towels, high-efficiency laundry detergent, hair soap, body wash, and conditioner. A full-size washer and dryer are also located in the garage for your convenience.

Music fans rejoice! This home is located directly across the street from the famous house on Beacon Avenue where the legendary Southern California band No Doubt, featuring Gwen Stefani, lived and recorded their breakthrough, self-produced album, The Beacon Street Collection. Released on March 25, 1995, the entire album was recorded right inside that garage on Beacon Avenue, which you can see right from our neighborhood.
