The rental exceeded all of our expectations. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host was fantastic, maintaining great communication and responding quickly whenever we had questions. The location was amazing, with stunning views, a wonderful pool, and easy access to the beach. This was truly one of the best rental experiences we've ever had, and we hope to return in the future.

WOW! This place is amazing. The view, the pool, both inside and outside are comfortable for lots of relaxing. They provide everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. The owners are friendly and easy to work with.

The house was wonderful! The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Very clean and comfortable. The poolside was great. Lots oif seating and different pool accessories to use. We will go there again! Would definitely reccomend to others!

Relaxing & Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay! The owner was very responsive and had great suggestions for us on activities and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and the deck / pool area overlooking the lagoon and golf course was serene!

Loved everything about this house!

Loved the location of this property in Hilton Head. They have everything at the property along with plenty of space. Our family truly enjoyed staying here. Made our first trip to the island so enjoyable. We cannot wait to come back.

A really well maintained property in immaculate condition with tons of amenities both inside and outside. Great views out of the back with the lagoon and golf course. Tom, our host, was very responsive and ready to provide suggestions on activities or places to eat. Had a wonderful time. We have made many trips to HHI and this was one of the best VRBO's we have ever seen!

Wonderful Stay in Hilton Head

My family and I just had the best time in Hilton Head. We went tubing, saw dolphins, went to the beach, played in the pool…what a wonderful place. Tom is a thoughtful and considerate owner, and as everyone else has mentioned, the house was clean and one of the best equipped rentals in which I’ve ever stayed. Just a great trip overall!

Hands down the best place we have stayed in Hilton Head and we have stayed at different rentals all over the island over the last 20 years. Beautiful home with every amenity you could possibly think of. The outdoor experience was fantastic with the dock, pool, loungers, hammock and shuffleboard. The owner was very communicative and sent all the details well ahead. He even helped us find a location for our son to do a proposal. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience. We will be back.

Beautiful home and wonderful property!!! Well managed by owners . Lots of amenities both inside and outside the house. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. They were very attentive to you and their home. Everything was labeled and had clear instructions for use. Our family really enjoyed the outside pool area where we played pool games, shuffle board, corn hole and had putting competitions. We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 35 years and this house rates as one of our favorites!

Awesome Spring Break

The location of the property was fantastic. The owner was awesome throughout our stay with any inquiries and information. The property is very well maintained and has everything you need for your stay. Terrific amenities including bikes, fishing rods, kayaks, pool, and games. We enjoyed watching the birds from the deck over the lagoon. We plan to book again next year.

This house blew us away. It’s easily the nicest house we’ve ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do the house justice - there are many updates not reflected in the current pictures and it’s beautiful. There’s also a nice little theater room off the kitchen which was cool. The outside deck and pool area have so many seats and they are all comfy and quality. The setting on the lagoon and the golf course is so peaceful and beautiful. The house was very well stocked with everything we could ever need and so much more. The house had very clear and helpful labels everywhere. There were seven high-quality bikes included too. Tom was pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back to this house!

Absolutely Awesome!

Everything about our stay was great. The house is beautiful and pictures on VRBO are accurate. Incredibly comfortable, clean, and upscale. Tom and Robin go the extra mile with everything well labelled throughout the house, great instructions on how things work and things to do. Palmetto Dunes development was a great place to stay with lots to do in and off 'property'. Highly recommended!

Amazing Property

The property and host exceeded our expectations. The property itself was spotless and well furnished. We didn't need to bring anything other than our clothes. The pool and outside amenities were equally exceptional. The host was accessible and communicated with us frequently to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation HHI 2022

Tom was an amazing host ! The property was top notch from the location to all the little details and amenities he provided . Even down to the welcome cake , wine and a card ! Literally didn’t need to bring anything but ourselves 💜. Looking forward to next year already !!

Best week ever at Hilton Head Island- our favorite place to stay!

We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes for 40 years this house is absolutely the best we have ever stayed at! The home is amazing, the property is amazing, the layout of the house was amazing and had absolutely everything you could possibly ever need and more, it , totally suited all of our needs and beyond!! Tom was a excellent communicator, and wonderful host, making sure all of our needs were met and went above and beyond! The pool overlooking the lagoon and golf course are spectacular and so clean. We enjoyed the bicycles so much too! Cannot wait to go back next year!

Best VRBO rental!!

We (6 of us) absolutely loved this house. There was everything you could want, beautiful linens, unique decorations, top of the line appliances, kayaks, bicycles, and a pool that you can request be heated! It was all better than the pictures! We booked another week before leaving! And Tom was available for the couple questions we had and we were given a couple treats upon arrival which were much appreciated! Definitely 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Wonderful

We read all the previous reviews and hoped this would be our place, too. It was everything we needed and more. Our kids wanted to know each day when we’re we going back to our house. It was the first vacation home we have been to that we almost immediately wanted to book again. It exceeded our expectations. Everything in the home allowed us to have the best vacation we could. Tom was helpful and provided great recommendations to us.

BEST rental ever!

This place has everything you will need to have the best week on HHI. The owners are very communicative and check in periodically to see if you need anything. Property comes with kayaks, bikes, umbrellas, flashlights, and even extra bags of ice in the freezer! The owners left an Easter basket for our girls, which was so thoughtful! Felt more like we were staying at a resort than a rental this time. Tons of nice extra touches. We will definitely be back!

The home exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It was one of the most well-stocked rentals I have ever stayed in - from the kitchen to extra beach towels to bikes and beach equipment. I also really appreciated how many things in the home were labeled and had very clear instructions. Some things have been updated from the pictures. The living area was open and airy. Our family of 5 (kids ages 12, 14, 17) loved riding the bikes to pickleball or the beach.

Back to Hilton Head

Our family would vacation in HHI every year until Covid. We decided to return to our annual trip this year and this house did not disappoint. The property was even better than listed. Everything was exceptionally clean and clearly labeled. Communication with Tom was great and he truly cares that his guests have an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed using the pool and putting green. My 9 year old son had plenty to keep him busy when we weren’t at the beach. We utilized the Dunes Buggy to get back and forth to the beach and it made brining our beach supplies a breeze. I can’t say enough great things about Tom and this wonderful home. We won’t hesitate to return!

Best HHI rental for us so far!!

We have stayed in many properties on HHI - hotels, resorts, condos/villas and homes. This rental was the best one by far for many reasons: great location, VERY clean, well-stocked with high-quality furnishings and anything we could need (flashlights! games! extra batteries! kitchen appliances!) Outdoor space was superb, there was ample seating in pool/deck area, misting fans, pool toys, outdoor fridge, grill, etc. Indoors, everything was labeled so there was no searching for items nor wondering how something worked. Mattresses were comfy and we appreciated all the night lights.

What an amazing property!

We had the best time! This was hands down the best-equipped property we’ve ever stayed at – absolutely perfect for a family vacation! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned. The home was spotless and had everything we could possibly need – truly above and beyond any other place we’ve stayed.Tom, the property owner, was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay was perfect. And it was!The pool was ideal for both kids and adults, and we had a blast playing shuffleboard and relaxing on the amazing outdoor furniture. The kids loved the pool toys, and the dock was great for fishing. We also really appreciated having bicycles to explore the area and everything we needed for the beach already there waiting for us.We had such a wonderful experience and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Hilton Head. Highly recommend!
