Single story, easy access, covered 2-car carport, 220 outlet for EV or RV charging, new appliances throughout, and that RIVER! Did we mention the river? :)

The nearest grocery store (a very nice Raley's) to the property is in Yreka, 40 minutes away.
KITCHEN INCLUDES: large selection of spices, cooking oil, tea, coffee beans (and grinder), creamer and sweeteners and appliances galore.
BATHROOMS INCLUDE: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers.
OUTDOOR INCLUDES: large propane/charcoal grill, cornhole and other lawn games, lots of comfy chairs and tables.
