Overall a nice place to stay - fun little fact you’ll have an avocado tree in the back yard which was a nice surprise! - host was very accommodating and the property is near everything we needed with plenty of stores and restaurants to pick from.

Great yard for the fur babies and two gates made coming and going to the property much easier. Washer and dryer a big for longer stays (like ours).

We enjoyed our stay! The location is great. We were able to walk to Mission Bay and Mission Beach. It was really nice having access to a small yard. The property management team was very good with communication. Everything is as listed and we would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our dog cation at the bungalow. The rental was very clean and comfortable and our pup loved the backyard where he could tan. The location was quiet and safe and we had no issues or complaints whatsoever. Fully stocked bungalow and very close to crystal pier and lots of restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

Place was clean, perfect bed, master bedroom nice, kitchen well set up, outdoor space peaceful, good bbq. Agency responsive and flexible.

This was our third stay at this property. Aside from some air conditioning issues due to the wall a/c units shutting off after our first night there. The MGMT responded quickly to have their maintenance man bring two portable freestanding room a/c units which he vented out the living room and bedroom windows for us to rapidly cool the bungalow down fir us as their was an unusually warm 95 degree heat wave. Aside from this. We enjoyed our 10-day stay immensely. The only other suggestion would be to install a hand held shower vs the fixed shower head for guests to use. We also brought our microwave plastic food cover with us but it would be nice if one were already in the unit. Thank you. We also enjoyed the fresh avocados from the backyard tree while there.

We enjoyed our stay in Pacific Beach! The property was as described - very clean and well equipped for what we needed. The neighborhood super quiet in the evenings and great for taking a walk.The bay beach and ocean beaches were both easily reached via a short walk.

My wife and I just wrapped up four nights in San Diego with our two small dogs, and this rental made the trip easy from start to finish.Check-in was simple and the host's instructions were clear, so we were settled within minutes of arriving. The home was clean, well kept, and just as pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts in and a few easy dinners, and the beds were comfortable enough that we both slept well every night, which isn't always a given in a rental.Being pet-friendly was the deciding factor for us, and this place was truly dog-friendly, not merely dog-tolerated. Our two little ones had room to settle in, and the neighborhood was perfect for morning and evening walks. It felt like a home rather than somewhere we were just passing through.The location was ideal. We were close enough to stroll down to the beach for sunset, with restaurants, coffee, and groceries all nearby. Parking was straightforward, which counts for a lot near the coast.Communication with the host was quick and friendly throughout, and every small question got a prompt answer.We'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located base in San Diego, especially couples traveling with pets. Five stars from both of us, and four paws up from the dogs.

Escape the Arizona summer heat

Great stay. We will definitely be back next year if it's available. Great yard for pets. The house was immaculate and everything worked perfectly fine. It's super close to the beach, bars, and restaurants.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication was clear and easy to follow with incredibly quick response times. We had 2 people and our dog. It was just enough space for our little family. This was truly one of the easiest processes and best overall experience we have had staying in a vacation home!

PB Bungalow was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, updated and had plenty of room for me and my husband. The king size bed was super comfortable with great linens. Kitchen has everything you need and finishes are beautiful. Backyard is private with beautiful cafe lights at night. Huge plus is the parking spot. Coming home at night and never having to hunt for a spot was key. Entrance and parking spot are accessed from the back. Great location in PB within easy walking distance to Trader Joe’s or Vons, and tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Very quiet and nicely decorated and supplied bungalow just 7-blocks from the beach. Our two pups enjoyed their private backyard which was well fenced, keeping them secure whenever they went out to go potty. The bed we slept on was quite comfortable with high quality linens on it. The only suggestion we have for the owner is to consider a more comfortable couch with built-in recliners as the current couch needs an upgrade replacement as it is hard to sit on for prolonged times while watching a movie. Aside from this we enjoyed and extended our stay here as the home was in a safe neighborhood. We would consider renting this VRBO in the future again.

Prime Location

This house is in the best location. We walked to PB, we walked to breakfast, we walked to Mission Bay Park. And if you need to stock up on grocery’s there’s a store under a mile and Trader Joe’s even closer. The place is pretty small and we had two adults and two kids under 4, so space was limited, but we made it work. We spent a good amount of time in the backyard so it didn’t feel so crammed. This house is perfect for just a couple looking to relax and get away in a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. It can work for a family just a heads up it is pretty small but overall it’s a great little spot.
