We stayed for 8 days over the 4th of July and we loved it. The property was so clean and we loved the patio with the fencing because we had our dog with us. It was only 2 blocks from the beach and we were able to walk everywhere. The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The host Ricardo was so responsive and he gave us a list of restaurants that were excellent! We will definitely be back!

We had such an amazing stay! The place looks even better in person. The location is unmatched, it’s a very short walk to the beach, bars, grocery store, and restaurants. Our host was extremely kind and accommodating. My favorite part of the trip was using the bikes provided by the property and riding to mission beach. It truly was a little oasis and I can’t wait to come back!!

This is our second time renting a Zen properties unit, and definitely not our last! Ricardo is a terrific host and the space is beautiful. Location can’t be beat, we walked to beach daily. Plenty of great restaurants also within walking distance.Star of the show were the Hot tub, soaking tub, and outdoor shower. Very nice to be able to rinse the sand off before entering the unit. Can’t wait until next time! Thank you!

This is our second time here and we will stay here again. Location is perfect (though it can get loud at night when bars close and people are walking home) everything you need is in the place or just a short walk.

This was a lovely little oasis and felt so cozy right away from the business of PB. Well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were very happy during our stay.

First of all let me say Ricardo is an awesome host, fast to reply and takes action to correct anything that might be wrong (internet was offline when we arrived). The property is a 11 out of 10 with everything a couple needs to spend a night or a week or two. Also nice is the assigned off street parking behind a closed gate. Spotless clean and very relaxing property so close to the beach, grocery store, bars, food and lots of entertainment! Would love to stay here again sometime in the future and would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Great location, solid property

The location was great, 2 blocks from the beach in a very lively part of town and even has a Ralph’s grocery store a street away. The house was nice, good kitchen, bathroom, and overall flat.

Best place in PB

I come to the area a couple times a year and have been for a decade and this place is one of the best if not THE best place I’ve stayed. From beginning to end Ricardo was great at communicating, and the house was perfect! I lil oasis on the beach. The outdoor entertainment area was epic!! The house was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. High end appliances, washer/dryer, and great showers both inside and out. Steps to the beach, great food, and a grocery store around the corner. I will most definitely be back to this lil gem!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Loved this cute beach studio

This studio was exactly how it was listed. It was spacious and charming for a studio, it had everything we needed for our vacation stay. We had two dogs with us that love the beach so having the outside shower to rinse them off after the beach day was awesome. We only had one issue, parking, we had an assigned parking spot behind a closed gate but we have a medium/large SUV so we could not use the assigned spot and had to find parking on the street daily. With its close proximity to the beach the street is very busy in the summertime. Overall, I would absolutely stay there again!

Great place! A little overpriced in my opinion overall for vacation rentals. But for the area it is in, the price is reasonable. It’s wonderful to have so much privacy and outdoor space while being so close to the beach.
