Ang- We are glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to quickly address some things you mentioned for future guests. Pool temps are not to go above 82 degrees. We do understand this can feel cooler since the human body temp is 98.6. Gas fireplaces are only available Oct-April and it sounds like yours was turned off already. We manage hundreds of properties so as maintenance teams can get to the cabins, typically will determine when in those months it is turned off or on. As always we are happy to adjust for the guests upon request. All guests are provided with a starter set of bath towels as per our lodging policy. We also remind guests to bring additional towels from home for pools and other recreational water activities. We are more than happy to swap out dirty bath towels for clean ones just call our guest services number! Most of our homes are on the side of mountains or in mountainous locations.
