Communication was great throughout the process. There was plenty of space for our 6 families - including 5 teenagers who took over the "bunk room". The kitchen was well-stocked with lots of counter space. Having at least 2 of all major appliances added to the experience. The bedrooms were large and having a single bed with some of the king bed suites was ideal for the families with young kids. There is plenty of outdoor space and activities for all ages. The kayaks and paddle boards were a hit. We rented the pontoon boat and used it multiple times every day for cruising, tubing, and some "light" skiing. There were grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, and wineries with-in a 20-30 minute drive. The property is on the "warm" side of Lake Anna and it was a very hot (90-98) week so the water was unusually warm. We enjoyed our week at Sunset Shores and would happily stay there again.

Lakeside Get Away

We had the best time on our stay. The lake is beautiful and the property is spacious and private. The house was clean. All amenities worked well. I highly recommend renting this property for your stay.

Friends and Family Getaway

Great house, fantastic outside water access, great fishing from the dock, and we rented the boat which was great for both fishing and sunset cruises.

Stunning Sunsets

Enjoyed the Stunning Sunsets viewed from this gorgeous property. Along with the generous amenities offered—make this the best vacation home in Lake Anna.

Great house. Perfect location.

The house is perfect with 6 master bedrooms and an upstairs room with plenty of bunk beds. Plenty of activities to entertain you, and an incredible view of the lake.

This house is one of the best properties I've experienced. Beautiful up to date home and scenery.

My family and friends were really impressed with the properties and all the amenities. Our Bae-cation/Couples retreat was a success. The location of the property was perfect and we will be back next year.

Really lovely experience

Stayed here in February for a family reunion. Even with the cold weather the house and all amenities really made this an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.

Another successful trip!

We love this house for our annual friends trip! Third time staying here. It's hard to find another house that come close in comparison. Has all the amenities we need. Perfect for our group and the growing families.

Fabulous family getaway

We had a group of over 20 and had plenty of space to spread out and activities to keep us busy without leaving the property. The water was fantastic for swimming! No complaints.

Incredible stay!

Can’t say enough good things about Sunset Shores. The property is amazing and clean. Property manager and owners always available to answer questions. 10/10, will be back hopefully

Great vacation house!

We had a wonderful time at Sunset Shores! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed with plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was great from the firepit to the boat dock to the hammocks! Would definitely rent there again. Thanks so much for making it a great trip!
