Our journey into the world of short-term rentals began in 2020 with our first property on stunning Fort Myers Beach, Florida. What started as a personal escape to one of our favorite destinations quickly grew into a passion for providing families like ours with memorable vacation experiences. Since then, we’ve expanded with homes on the peaceful shores of Lake Wateree in South Carolina and the picturesque Chesapeake Bay in Virginia.
With a background in real estate that spans over my entire career as an agent, broker, property manager, and investor, I (Trent) bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensuring that each of our properties meets the highest standards. Janette, with her incredible dedication as a stay-at-home mom and homeschool teacher to our four girls, has an eye for detail and a passion for creating spaces where families can feel at home.
