Great place To Stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was cozy, clean, and convenient!! Beautiful beach view. Beach entertainment. The host communicated very well. The only thing that I didn't agree on was paying for parking. Which has nothing to do with the unit.

Perfect location for families, couples, and a weekend away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is well appointed and recently renovated. Great location and amenities. Would recommend to couples, small families, and weekends away. The pool area is fantastic, as well as the gym.

The unit was nice. Close to the beach and pool. The A & B buildings have 4-5 floors so elevators go quicker than on the huge Renaissance Tower. If you will face south you may be able to hear the music from the beach bar until they shut it down at 11PM. Pool was nice and enjoyable. Warm and not too overcrowded but we were not there in the summer prime time. I will say the security at the front gate need some lessons in manners and a better understanding of why they are there - because WE come to MYR as tourists. They acted as if we were bugging them every time we went in and out of the property. Sometimes they wanted to see the blue pass and would open the gate, sometimes we had to put in the gate pin and then they checked the pass, and other times they never asked for the "pass". But one thing was sure, every time we entered they were NOT friendly as most everyone else in the area are! Be prepared for that. If you want to be on the slower side of town with a slower pace, this is the place. Close to Murrells and Surfside where the real seafood begins, not at a all you can eat buffet.

Excellent Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was as described and fit our family of 4 perfectly. The check in process was as easy and Was given our door code the day of check in. No standing in line at a desk, just straight to the unit and in. We paid for parking online. Again, this was as easy as can be and makes for a stress free check in after a long drive from up north. Location was perfect. A short walk to all pools and the beach. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the nightly Kareoke/bands at the Quarterdeck open air beachfront restaurant. The balcony had multiple beach chairs/toys etc. We ended up leaving a couple extra chairs as well as a way to pay it forward for future guests. This is a nice touch for people that might fly and cannot bring extra beach items. Overall a great stay. Management was very responsive and we would certainly stay again.
