Great Ocean Front condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From reservation, to check-in and check-out, the process was seamless and Justin and his team were very communicative. Condo had everything for a great stay. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, great location overlooking the beach, great security and ground were kept up. I would suggest the owner update the condo needs to be updated. Couch was hard and uncomfortable. Our major complaint was the shower made cracking noises as though we were going to fall through the floor. When I asked maintenance about it they said they're not responsible for fixing but that it should be a concern and the owner needs to get it fixed before someone gets hurt. I would not recommend the condo to anyone until the tub is fixed. Thank you

Great Property

Our stay was great. The place was clean, there were plenty of towels available for showering. It would have been nice if there were beach towels available. We didn't use much of the kitchen, but it seemed decently stocked for dishes and pans. The view was great. The property has an outdoor pool in the front and a lazy river and kids pool in the back, from the beach. Easy access to the beach and amenities. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could not get a better location for beach access and views of the ocean. Our room was right near the elevator which was so convenient. All you can hear is the sound of the surf crashing once you opened up the slider. When we were not using the lazy river, sauna, hot tub or pools, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony hearing and watching the ocean and watching the sunrise. Can’t wait to go back!

A504 Myrtle beach resort

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this property for 30 years. We usually use a different condo but it's on the same floor and building as we were in this time. A504 is bare minimum it definitely could use a good deep clean and some updates. We didn't use any dishes due to the things already seeming unclean upon arrival. It was just a place to sleep for us. The resort itself has gone downhill. They have done cosmetic updates to some things and added shops but the maintenance for the pools and lazy river area is slacking. There were twisted tea cans floating in the lazy river along with a lot of outside debris. The ocean front pool in front of A building was puked in multiple times within our stay it was foggy the entire time and the only maintenance done was in the morning. Through out the day older adults were packed in the pool coolers were right up to the pool and alcoholic drinks everywhere. As someone who's come to the same location for many years I know that was never allowed in the past it was a family vacation spot. Now it's turning into a very adult resort. If security and maintenance would be more frequent I think they could get things back to a family resort but as of now our family isn't planning to come back anytime soon. Which is very disappointing and upsetting. I loved this place as a child and now I got to bring my children and it definitely sucks knowing there experience was not great due to having to avoid the pool areas. I even called the resort number on the fridge twice and was told they would call me back next day and I never did hear anything. Very disappointed we waisted our family vacation and money on this experience

This is a nice space right on the beach, plenty of swimming options and a playground on site.
