This unit worked out fine for the amount of time we were staying. The unit is clean, but dated and could use a bit of TLC. The lighting in the pictures make the unit look much more updated than it is. The kitchen cabinets are not white. The furniture in the living room is old, stained and desperately needs to be replaced. The floor in the main bedroom has water damage it appears. There are also no outlets in the living room or dining room to plug in your laptop to get work done. I ended up going down the hall to the library area. The property owners were very prompt in communication and worked to correct any major issues (there were none). This is not intended to be a "bad" review...I just wish I had been aware of what I was getting. The only reason I would not rent this unit again is because it is on the ground floor and the ocean view isn't great. I did not pay attention to that detail when booking. However, the area and management are a solid 10/10.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This has became our favorite place to vacation! We are already planning a trip back for Christmas as well as next July! We've stayed in the Tower as well as buildings A & B. They are all great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent. Amenities were good, did not know however that we had to supply hand soap, dish soap, coffee filters, spices etc. However, the hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed! Would definitely stay here again as my kids had a blast!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of rental was great. Only steps to the beach and nice pools to swim in. Chairs and beach toys were available in a box on the balcony for use. Fully stocked kitchen making it easy to cook meals. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the rental. Couches and chairs had noticeable stains and dirty. The floors left our feet black after only being in the rental and walking around barefoot after an hour or two. There was leftover food in the fridge from the previous renters. Bunk bed was not very sturdy, anytime the person on the top bunk moved the whole bed shook making it difficult for sleeping.
