Our home accommodates up to 16 guests and is designed for relaxed gatherings, pool time, and enjoying time together. Its open layout does bring the pool, kitchen, and living areas into a shared space. We encourage prospective guests to review the photos, amenities, and contact us with any questions about whether the home suits their group’s ideal stay. We regret the plumbing disruption while your family was staying with us. Your message to us only reported that the toilets simply wouldn’t flush; it did not mention a backup onto the floor. We immediately arranged for the septic system to be pumped within two hours of your message on a Sunday. We understand that a quick response doesn’t erase the inconvenience. During your stay, we only received a message about the plumbing issue. The other concerns described here weren’t brought to our attention during your stay and we would have welcomed the opportunity to address those concerns at the time. In nearly 200 stays, this is our first three-star review so we are proud of our history of positive guest experiences and strive to make every guest’s stay enjoyable.
