We loved every moment of our stay. We normally stay in Hochatown but wanted try this location because of the proximity to the river. We LOVED the river and how it saved us 30 mins of driving time from the DFW area. The cabin is clean and full of fun games and activities for the kids and adults. We will definitely come back over and over again.

The house was beautiful and the property. We had 6 adults looking for some R&R and we got just that. We stayed 4 nights and wished we could have stayed longer as it was like a home away from home.We cooked/grilled and it had everything you need for meals at home. The fire pit was a hit as we enjoyed the cool nights air and made s’mores. Due to the drought, the river bed behind property was dry, bummer. But was nothing due to Host, just Mother Nature.We went to Beaver Bend State Park to enjoy the trails and lake. It was absolutely breath taking how beautiful it was. My husband took his personal kayak and did a little fishing early in the morning. Checked out a couple of Breweries and of course the Casino.Pruett’s grocery store had everything we needed and pretty good price. The Host was on point! He responded immediately to anything we needed assistance with. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property!

This cabin was amazing. It was beautiful. It was perfect for our family Christmas. We had an amazing stay! The host were very quick to respond to any message and they were super attentive.

Awesome place!

This is an awesome place and my family enjoyed it so much that we hardly ventured out during our stay. The sound of the river flowing was so peaceful and easy to relax to. There were plenty of activities provided that all 5 of my kids (6-16) stayed entertained our whole trip. Everything was just as described and Viktor was an excellent host. He responded promptly answering any questions we had every time I reached out to him. We highly recommend this place!

Amazing place to stay! We had an absolutely fantastic stay and can't say enough about this property. The house is spacious, gorgeous, clean, and has everything you could need to have a wonderful time. We did a long weekend and never wanted to leave. The hot tub was perfect. The river view and location was beautiful. The host communicated fast and went above and beyond for our family! My kids had so much fun with the playground, ping pong table, and games. The fire pit was in a great location with firewood provided. We ran out of time to do everything there was to do. We would 100% stay again. Everything worked perfectly and they had plenty of supplies, towels, coffee, cooking utensils. No need to bring anything, which is not always the case with vrbo houses. If you are trying to decide between this house and another, pick this one it is perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cabin was comfortable, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked (especially the kitchen), so we truly didn’t need to reach out for anything during our stay. The host was very responsive and clearly thoughtful in anticipating guests’ needs.The river view was stunning and easily our favorite part of the trip. Walking along the river became our favorite pastime, and it was easily accessible even for my elderly mom. Waking up to that view every day felt like a dream.Despite a significant drop in temperature (down to 18 degrees!), we stayed warm the entire time with consistent hot water and plenty of heat. The portable heaters in each room were a lifesaver on colder nights and showed how much care went into making guests comfortable. Check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free.To top it all off, I accidentally left behind my Kindle (my prized possession), and the host went above and beyond by tracking it down and mailing it back to me. That level of kindness and care truly says everything. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-cared-for retreat!

We enjoyed our stay here. My only few suggestions would be eventually build some sort of walk way or dock out to the water and we thought along with others the gym was on site not in town. We would have loved to have a tv outside by the hot tube but other than that we loved the house. It was clean and a great area.

Ashley, thank you for staying at our cabin. We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed your stay! I appreciate your suggestions, however due to the fact that the river can flood the backyard, making a road poses a significant challenge and risk... As for the gym, I tried very hard to be explicit as of the location of the gym, but will try to make the description even more descriptive to explain that the gym is located in the city and not in the actual cabin. We hope you come again in the future.
