Charmed! A Hochatown gem - private, NEW HOT TUB, and great location!

Welcome to "Charmed!" This spacious 1900 sq. ft. cabin offers seclusion, privacy, and an excellent location. Minutes (not miles) from all of the local activities of Hochatown, Beavers Bend, and Broken Bow lake.

“Charmed” features a vast living area with cathedral ceilings, and unique rock fireplace. The cabin has all the modern features you need with smart TVs and Wi-Fi, but the beautiful craftmanship of a traditional cabin. Situated on 1 acre, the property provides an abundance of activities inside and out. Situated on 1 acre, the circular drive is ideal for boats/trailers.

Kitchen: fully furnished with all the convenience of home. Granite counter tops and new appliances to cook anything from appetizers to your favorite family recipe. Whether you’re playing pool or board games, the open floor plan allows for everyone to enjoy time together.

Downstairs Bedrooms: two spacious bedrooms with fresh linens and plenty of closet/storage. Each has its own smart TV. One BR has a sliding door that opens directly to hot tub area and back deck.

Upstairs Bedroom: the bedroom has 2 sets of trundle beds, smart TV, and full bathroom. There is an exterior sitting deck to enjoy morning coffee or evening star gazing. For the kids (or kid in all of us), there is an arcade machine with 60 classic games.

Loft Area: provides a TV, Xbox and comfortable small couch. This area also has pull out trundle from under entertainment center.

Outside: 2 large decks. The back has the hot tub, grill, TV, dining table, and chimenea. The front has 2 hammock chairs to swing and enjoy the solace of the surroundings. The fire pit is perfect for s’mores and reminisce. Swing and relax on front deck in hammock chairs and enjoy the natural surroundings. The colorful Playset and swing provide a place for the kids to play.

Our stay!

The overall booking experience was easy. Once we got to the location, entering was easy but the camp had a very old/muggy odor. The upstairs room had a tan going but was extremely warm. The door was unlocked along with several windows. The blankets for the upstairs bedroom was left in the dryer and must not have have dried all the way resulting in them having a bad odor so I had to rewash them. Other than that the stay was nice, quiet, and very enjoyable! The wildlife was amazing.

Misunderstanding about actual date of arrival but handled quickly. Instructions in book varied from email that was sent. Overall a good stay.

Fun getaway

1st annual NYE trip a hit!

My sister, myself and our 5 children just stayed in the most amazing and perfect cabin. The hostess was so quick to respond with any questions. The kids loved the playground and swing. S’mores and hotdogs from the fire pit and game nights to ring in the new year. Will for sure be back again!

A slice of Heaven

The house was fabulous. It had everything we needed and more. The boys loved the pool table/ping pong table, hot tub and fire pit. We made some awesome family memories that I will never forget. Thank you to Shannon for being so accommodating.

A perfect getaway

This cabin was an absolutely perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the charm and uniqueness of this cabin. The hosts have put a lot of thought and effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. The interior is beautiful. The cabin was equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. The living area had a comfortable couch and the rooms were spacious. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor area. The cabin boasted a spacious deck with a hot tub, a playground and a fire pit area. Our kids loved it! The hosts were accommodating and attentive, would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Lovely secluded cabin with deer in the yard every day. If you want to just stay the whole time at the cabin there is so much to do! If not, it is centrally located to most everything. Immaculately clean, everything in working condition, carefully thought out and all streaming was fantastic! Beds were super comfy and kitchen had every utensil we needed. Will definitely book here again!!!

Nice place and everything worked! Road going in is horrible but that’s not the owners fault! I would recommend that an exterminator spray for ticks and fleas outside!

Peace & Quiet

Our entire family loved Charmed! It’s just far enough out to provide privacy and peace, but within a few minutes you can be at town center. The a/c and fans worked great, kitchen was fully loaded, plenty of activities.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was absolutely perfect!!! The property was lovely and saw deer roaming about every day. The whole crew had fun with the pool table, hot tub and fire pit. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend this cabin!!

Cute, Cozy, and QUIET!

What a wonderful little home nestled in the woods! The place had every activity for a family! We loved the playhouse for the kids, the fire pit and all the games inside for kids! Pool table, ping pong and video games perfect for a rainy day! We tried to stay out an about mostly but mornings and nights made it a perfect place to unwind. This place has everything you need. You won’t be disappointed here! Our best evenings were sitting on the back porch watching the 100’s of beautiful fireflies light up the woods. This is a must!

The cabin was perfect for our family. Very clean, great property. Communication with owners was easy as we were securing (and then adjusting) the dates of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Was a really good stay. Really a nice place to stay and a very private location. It was very close to town. The host was communicative and available. The hottub was making a loud noise when we arrived and the house had a few things like the upstairs shower knobs were very loose but overall I would recommend and we will go back. No complaints

Perfect stay

A beautifully maintained property. There was a bedroom upstairs with twin beds that’s perfect for a family with children.But, my husband and I like to sleep apart so we slept up there and loved it. Great kitchen and huge sectional for seating. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and great location

Property was very nice, it's nestled way back in the woods, the kids loved the rope swing. House was very clean inside. We didn't have any big issues during our stay. A few small things like some games were missing a few pieces, we couldn't find the other foam piece to play ping pong on the pool table. The shower head in the downstairs bath is very low. But none of these things kept us from having a amazing time. Also there's a rooster on another property near by that likes to crow around 4:30 am so be sure to use a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family!
