This house is amazing. It was well stocked with essentials, very clean and attractive. The house has so muxh character. I wish ism was located in a better breach area.

Nice & Spacious

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Happy House and everyone was happy. There were three levels and it is very nicely decorated and very spacious. Only a few blocks walk to the beach. It worked perfectly for our large family.

Our Week at HappyHouse

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good, though the AC went out and maintenance came with fans and then to work on repairing it. And by the way, someone lost a dark blue Chase Visa card there. Plenty of space in large open rooms and enough bath rooms And bedrooms for everyone. Room to gather together or be alone for awhile.

Wonderful family vacation

Fantastic house! Better than expected. Tons of space. Very generous with starter items such as tp and trash bags. Does not have umbrellas or beach chairs.

Happy (and comfortable) stay in the Happy House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased to find more than adequate accommodations to fit our large extended family. With eight bedrooms and six bathrooms there was ample room for each family to settle in for the week. We especially appreciated the two large dinning room tables, and two refrigerators, AND, a separate ice maker, plus plenty of plates, cups, and silverware for a large group. Everything was clean and many supplies were provided. We would definitely recommend staying in the Haply House and would happily return for another visit, it was the perfect beach house for a large group!

Great stay for large families. Walkable to resteraunts. We had plenty of room for 12 people. Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms. Enough pans and kitchen ware for big dinners. 100% recommend 10 out of 10
