Location to the beach was fantastic. The house is updated nicely. There was a small problem with the unit being ready at check and it was not communicated to us until arrival.Stools with backs with be a great addition since there is not a table and chairs.

This property was in a great location but the description was misleading. It says the pool is heated, it is not. it can be for an additional amount of dollars a day and it takes 24 hours for it to warm up. The heated pool was a major reason we booked it. Also it is actually 3 separate rentals side by side. They do NOT connect. We had to exit the unit, right on the street, to be with our family in the other unit. Only one unit had access to the deck and the pool. This was not great with children. The doors opened right on the Main Street so it was not safe for them to go back and forth without an adult. Additionally, we did not use one unit, which had a bedroom and kitchen as we could let our children stay there as nothing connected. Beach access was great, the units were beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was there. Just could not have the family bonding we wanted.

I rented the cottages for my 40th birthday gathering, and I'm glad I made that decision. The cottages were tastefully decorated and well designed. Everything was clean. The beach was steps away, and we were able to walk to coffee shops and local watering holes. The pool and deck were great for grilling out and relaxing. We will be back again!

My siblings and I along with our spouses so enjoyed our stay. Excellent location and steps away from the beach made this a memorable celebration for my brother’s 70th birthday

We absolutely loved our stay at RNR Tybee Island! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The property was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway.One of our favorite things was the location. We were just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants, making it easy to enjoy all that Tybee Island has to offer. After a day of exploring, it was wonderful to come back and unwind in the pool or on the top deck. The entire experience was seamless, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable. We created some wonderful memories during our stay and are already talking about planning our next visit.If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and the charm of Tybee Island, I highly recommend RNR Tybee Island. We can't wait to come back!

What a wonderful property! Our family of 12 stayed in all 3 units & everyone had their own space to escape but could come together for family time! The pool was perfect for 3 kids, the patios were perfect for hanging out & the beach was just around the corner! This property was so clean & had everything we needed! Definitely would book this property again!

Perfect for large groups

This was perfect for multiple families. Allowed everyone to have privacy and enjoy time together. Very close to the beach, perfect location.

Team Spring Break

The size and layout of the property were perfect for our group. Restaurants and stores were walkable and the beach was steps from the house. Only thing missing was some cards, board games or puzzles.

Great property!

Beautifully updated and clean property! Easy access to the beach. Hate that the hurricane knocked out power for 2 days, but we made the best of it. Great weather after the storm!

Great location with tasteful decor

Our family stayed in all 3 units for our annual family reunion. The spacious condos have been tastefully decorated and upgraded. We enjoyed the very short walk to the beach and short walk to other restaurants, bars, ice cream etc. It was easy enough for our group ages 3-60+ to move from condo to condo and walk to the touristy places. Parking was plentiful too!

Girls’ trip 2024

Overall was nice spot. Definitely would recommend it for big groups! The two propane tanks were empty so we had to buy one since we had already purchased all the food and seafood.

Will absolutely stay again!!

Beachside Compound Tybee Island

Our visit was awesome! Just so happened to be there during the St. Patrick Day parade and it was an amazing experience. The compound is an exact replica of its advertisement. It was very clean upon entry; checkin was a breeze. The only issue we had was termites enterd the kitchen area, but a quick spray of Lysol solved that problem immediately. I would definitely return to this property, if available on return to Tybee Island.

Just steps to the beach!

Nicely renovated beach property. The pool was a hit with everyone, the separate living spaces were both nice at times and a bit of a challenge to have everyone in the same area to eat or hang out. We managed that just fine, really was our only struggle. Loved how close it is to Savannah for daytime and nighttime getaways. Location on the island itself is a bit odd as it’s off the main stretch of road so there is a decent amount of traffic at all times of day, but the house is quiet and you can’t hear any of it. Tl;dr: beautiful space, steps to the beach, could just use a little more seating/dining capacity for families using all 3 units at the same time.

Appalling

Upon our arrival on Thursday afternoon, our excitement turned to disappointment as we were greeted with a pool area littered with feces and covered in algae. The main reason we chose this rental was for the pool. Despite being assured of a prompt cleaning on Friday morning, no one showed up by 2pm. After reaching out, we were informed that the pool was broken, with a part ordered for Saturday morning. Promised updates never arrived, leaving us unable to enjoy the pool during our vacation. Moving on to the next issue. As we entered the apartment, the state of cleanliness was appalling. The floors were covered in crumbs and dirt, making our socks and feet grimy. All the dishes needed to be washed again due to residue from previous users. The bed sheets were also in a sorry state, with human and dog hair, press-on nails, and makeup stains. We ended up spending the entire Thursday night washing the sheets. Additionally, Apartment C requires a thorough bug spray as we found rodent and roach droppings under the sink and on the kitchen floors. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen that without hesitation.

Family vacay reunion

This complex is clean, beautifully decorated, well air-conditioned, on a calm section of the beach. There are 3 apartments and we rented all 3 for vacation with extended family. Location is nearer the lighthouse, further from the Pier. Some baths have tubs, some with walk in showers. Kitchens well-stocked with pots/pans/baking sheets/cutting boards. All 3 apartments have matching dishes, so it was easy to return borrowed dishes after use with shared family meals. Deck associated with B unit is shaded in the morning and in the evening. Beach breeze made it pleasant to have meals outdoors during those times. Pool is not overly large. Just enough to cool off from the heat of the day. I would return and rent the B unit with use of pool and deck for my husband and me since I enjoyed it so much. A unit's only access is front door that opens to Hwy 80. A unit is adequate for one couple with one king bed, kitchen and bath. B unit has 2 bedrooms downstairs with shared bathroom and one bedroom upstairs with full bath. Living room and kitchen upstairs with access to deck and sundeck from unit B. Pool is downstairs from the deck. Ocean view from sun deck, but the ocean breeze is abundant. B unit also has front door open to US 80. Unit C has largest living area and kitchen with 3 bedrooms, and only access is front door at Hwy 80. Easy walk to Sugar Shack, Sundae Cafe. Park golf cart across street since golf cart cannot cross Hwy 80, but this was not a problem.
