The Space:

The ocean views are stunning from any point in the house, but the real gem is the private beach access. The deck of Bahama Tease has stairs the land directly on the sand. No walking to and from the beach because the beach is right there.



The lower level features a beautifully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. Just steps away, the dining area offers breathtaking ocean vistas that continue into the spacious living area, providing dinner with a view. A luxurious king master bedroom with an ensuite bath invites you to relax.



Upstairs, more ocean views greet you from two of the elegantly appointed bedrooms, including a king and queen room. You'll find two additional full baths in the hallway, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. The remaining bedrooms cater to every need, from a room with both a queen and twin bed to a bunk room that sleeps several guests comfortably. Every corner of this home is designed for a relaxing and memorable stay, making it the perfect getaway for families and friends alike.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Pool Safety & Statutory Disclosure This private residential pool is maintained in "good and safe working order" pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 130A-280(a)(1). By booking this property, Guests acknowledge and agree to the following mandatory safety standards:



!!! NO DIVING – SHALLOW WATER !!! THIS IS A SHALLOW-WATER POOL. DIVING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. GUESTS MUST ENTER THE POOL FEET FIRST AT ALL TIMES.



DOORS & GATES: All doors and gates leading to the pool area MUST REMAIN CLOSED AND LATCHED AT ALL TIMES. Do not prop doors open for any reason.



NO DIVING: Under no circumstances is diving permitted.



EMERGENCY PROTOCOL: In an emergency, DIAL 911.



NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY: Use of the pool is strictly at the Guest’s own risk.



DOOR ALARMS: All doors providing access to the pool area are equipped with mandatory safety alarms. TAMPERING WITH OR DISABLING THESE ALARMS IS A VIOLATION OF STATE SAFETY STANDARDS AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE LEASE TERMINATION.



SUPERVISION: Children shall not use the swimming pool without constant adult supervision (15A NCAC 18A .2530).



POOL HOURS: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.



PROHIBITIONS: No glass containers or pets are permitted within the pool enclosure.



DRAIN SAFETY: Do not play with, sit on, or obstruct pool drains or suction fittings.**



Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Explore local gems such as the Oak Island Lighthouse, Oak Island Nature Center, Oak Island Pier, and Ocean Crest Fishing Pier, all within easy reach.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
