The home features an Elevator, Golf Cart, open concept living with hardwood floors throughout, two master suites plus 3 additional bedrooms, large living room with reclining leather sectional, custom dining table seats 10 plus kitchen island with 5 bar stools, fireplace, outdoor shower, gas & charcoal grills, plenty of beach gear, and game room with ping pong table & bar making this home ideal for memorable family vacations. The open concept stocked kitchen, family & dining room with vaulted ceiling and large windows that engulf you in magnificent views make the space truly enjoyable. Three covered balconies have lots of lounging, seating & dining options. Each of the 5 bedrooms include a Roku/Smart TV, linens, bath & beach towels. Ocean Crest Pier (voted #1 for fishing by NC fisherman) & Island Way Restaurant are within walking distance. Enjoy this beach retreat designed to meet all of your vacation needs.

Extremely nice Air bnb, we had such a great and relaxing time. The amenities are perfect for all age groups. The golf cart makes it so nice to run back and forth the beach. Awesome place to vacation.

Great quiet location on the marsh but so close to beach access. Comfortable well appointed home with space to hang out and great community walkway over the marsh that provided lots of opportunities to watch crabs, fish, birds and an alligator or two, as well as beautiful sunsets. The house was well laid out with plenty of room for our multi-generational group. The beach is beautiful and near the pier and some shops. Great family vacation spot!

We loved our time at this house. Although it was only for a couple of nights we really enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The qucick access to the beach was nice and we could have spent all day on the back porch over looking the marsh.

We loved our stay! The communication was excellent! The house is gorgeous, very well stocked with everything we needed (and more), the location was perfect- just a short walk to the beach, and a there was plenty of parking. Thank you for being wonderful hosts! We’ll be back!

If you are looking for a wonderful beach, vacation look no further. This property completely blew us away. The location is outstanding- sound-side and block and a half walked to the beach without any hassle made our trip incredibly relaxing. The home itself is very well appointed with stylish decor and comfortable furniture that makes you feel pampered the moment you walk through the door. As a family that loves to cook, we were thrilled to find a truly fully stocked kitchen. It has everything from premium cookware to many essential spices and small appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Finally communication was flawless. The host was extremely responsive checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and answering our questions instantly. This is hospitality at its absolute best. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful Beach House

This property is beautiful, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, every amenity you would need. We definitely would come back and stay at this property.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. The location was convenient with easy beach access. We loved the marsh area behind the house - beautiful views, great fishing off the long dock and wonderful bird watching. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic week at Coastal Sea Esta! Plenty of space for our family to gather for dinner and to hang out- and plenty of space for us to spread out. The sunset views over the marsh were beautiful! We loved having the golf cart and beach parking pass! The house had everything we needed!

Family Celebration

We gathered in oak island to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. We had a great time. There was room for everyone, close to the beach, enough beach chairs, and the kitchen had enough supplies to cook meals.

Wonderful stay: Great host and beautiful property

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was clean, well equipped with all of the amenities. Location was perfect! The host was very responsive to all of my questions. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
