Our stay was great, we just wished that the host would provide some essentials that would last a big family entire weeks stay, more dish tabs, TP, garbage bags, and laundry detergent.

We had a wonderful stay. Home has plenty of space for a large family and pet friendly.

When we arrived our code was wrong. They gave us a temporary code to get in and said they would get us another code the next day. Never happened. I called to tell them it was raining inside the house, they told me to email the information with pictures as the office was closed for the day and it was an emergency only line. I emailed with pics. Please keep in mind we are on vacation and wasn't planning on babysitting the house. That is what we are getting away from on vacations. A guy stopped by because we had no a/c. We showed him the situation with the roof as well and he told us he would let someone know. Never heard anything. A day or so later pieces start falling from the roof onto the couch. We now have cut our seating ability in half as well as the few towels that we had we was using some to put down on the floor from the rain that was coming in. My husband stayed home from the next days events so he could contact someone during the day of the urgency to get the rood tarped. They did take care of it that day. Again it was supposed to be a vacation, not a house sitting trip. Worst VRBO experience we have had.

I rented this house for my family vacation to Disney world. I really enjoyed how spacious the house was each couple and kid had their own room and bathrooms which was nice. The pool and hot tub were a definite bonus and hit with the kids. My only complaint is that the house was not up to my standard of clean. There were a lot of dishes etc that were not clean and had dried food on them. The coffee maker had old nasty coffee grounds gunked up on the inside and appeared to never have been cleaned. Also places like the baseboards and the showers of the bathrooms had hair all over/ in them. I was also a little annoyed on my last day as my family and I are trying to pack up and leave the cleaning lady was sitting on the curb in the grass right in front of the house waiting on us to leave before it was even our check out time.

Pans in the kitchen were unuseable. They did bring a medium fry pan when we called. A larger one would have been better with a house that holds a large family. Alao, there waa a broken lamp in the bedroom and hairs on the baseboards in the bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool, but the chipping bottom scratched their feet. The pool area and clubhouse was nice.

The property was excellent. Check in was seamless. The Wi-Fi was strong. The house was clean and stocked. There was adequate parking spaces for everyone. We really liked that there was a bathroom for every room. We had a few visits from racoons, but this was a great family property.

Great Stay

Nice house in a gated community with pool and hot tub. Check in was a breeze. Literally 10 mins from Disney and other parks. The clubhouse pool was very nice and clean… The only bummer was the splash pad was hardly ever on. Great food ice cream and beer prices. Will stay again the next time our family is in the area.

Florida Scandi vacation homes

The place was amazing! It was very big and clean. There was like two outlets that were loose/broken but other than that it was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The club house was clean and super fun but it was closed for like two days when we were there and no reason was given as to why. Will definitely book here again

Good Location

The grill was not working. Very little supplies in the house. 2 pods for dishwasher, 2 garbage bags. When you pay this much money you should stock your home. Just saying. Woudn't stay there again.

Perfect Home for a family of 8

We had such a great experience here and we were close to so many shopping areas so we were able to cook. We were also near the parks which made it more convenient. We couldnt use the pool due to the rainy weather on our free day but I loved to look at it. The rooms were amazing and clean and everything was just perfect. I have 2 special needs children so it was comforting to know that the kids medical stroller rental got delivered with no issues. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Also I am going to miss that comfy couch.

2022 Family Christmas

Our extended family used this beautiful home as a home base of operations for our Disney, Universal and Kennedy Space Center adventures. The home is very clean but getting a bit tired and worn in places. Expect comfortable and adequate, not luxurious or plush by any means. You can tell this is a well-rented unit, but it definitely met our needs for a great eeek of family fun!

Great Neighborhood

The neighborhood and resort was great! The house had plenty of space for our family. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t work. We put in several requests to have it fixed. We paid to have the pool/ hot tub heated, but it was shut off when we went for a swim our last morning. House could use more kid friendly games.

Very nice gated community. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to check in with security at a second gate. We weren’t aware of that ahead of time. Once in we had no problems accessing the property. Air conditioning wasn’t working but someone came out to fix it within two hours and after hours so we appreciated that. Would recommend more towels. We had a large group and one towel each. We had to clean up trash every morning die to raccoons getting into the trash bin we were instructed to use, which wasn’t optional. All minor inconveniences. The property was safe, quiet, and very close to the parks. We would stay here again

Great house for a big family!

Our family had a great time in this house! Lots of room and we really enjoyed the pool. The house is well maintained. We could not get the pool light on to swim at night. The switch that I believe controls the pool llght is missing the knob so there is no way to turn it on. We tried every other switch and it didn’t control the pool light, so I am assuming it’s the one that is missing a knob. That was a bummer. But it didn’t stop us from having a great time during the day and also the clubhouse pool is amazing, and has a slide for the kids. Overall, a great place to stay!! Would definitely stay again.

Overall okay

The only complaint I had was when we arrived at 6pm the house was 88 degrees. It took 13 hours for it to cool down to 76 degrees. There are no ceiling fans which is needed to cool the place down. The rental was through Florida Scandi so there was no onsite management to call on a Sunday arrival.

Needs update and a good cleaning

Location worked great but the walls and carpet need a deep cleaning. Vents had a thick layer of black dust. Beds need updated and for the length of stay we needed more than 2 garbage bags. Raccoons got into garbage and broke the thin bags. They only left two dishwasher soaps as well, we were here for a week. Not fun buying all household products for the property for daily cleaning.
