Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and that the size of the property worked well for your group. We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of the stay did not meet your expectations. Our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and we work hard to keep them prepared and comfortable for every guest. We also understand that larger groups, especially those traveling with children, can result in heavier use of the property, which is why we carefully review the home after each stay and address any items that may need attention. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to improve and remain committed to providing a comfortable stay for all guests.
