Recently renovated condo located just across the street from Bill Snyder Family Stadium! This 3rd-floor condo has a stunning patio view of the Bill and comes with 4 parking passes! Spacious enough for the entire family or friend group with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, lots of living room seating, and a fully stocked kitchen! Plus, the condo amenities include a pool with a gazebo, pool furniture, nearby grilling stations, fitness area with treadmills and a weight machine, and onsite laundry!
The space
Stadium Place is located just across the street from the Bill Snyder Family Stadium!

****Please note***** this building is still under renovation through October. Please be aware that there may be contractors present working on other condos in this building. There is plywood currently covering the patio as they continue to work on the next door unit.

The complex offers community amenities such as the pool and grilling stations (May-August), pickleball court, playground, laundry, and gym.

This unit is a 3rd floor condo that has just been completely renovated inside and outside! The inside features new LVP flooring, paint, doors and hardware, blinds, lighting, and ceiling fans.

Its a 4 bedroom condo with two full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, charging stations, full size mirrors, and closet space. The front bedroom also features a sit/stand desk and chair.

The bathrooms are both equipped with full size shower/tub combos.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cooking utensils. There is also a washer/dryer combo unit located under the countertop in the kitchen.

The living room has a 65 inch mounted smart tv on a moveable mount so it can be tilted in any direction! There is a large L-shaped couch and loveseat with comfortable seating for 6-7 people.

The patio balcony has plenty of space to hang out, grill, and watch the fireworks at the Bill shot off after a K-State win!
Guest access
The condo can be accessed with a smart lock code. There are 2 flights of stairs required to reach the 3rd floor and access the condo.
Only 4 parking passes are provided and only 4 vehicles may be parked in the Stadium Place complex.
Other things to note
During your stay

- Maximum of 4 unrelated persons allowed per unit.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events.
- No commercial photography.
- No smoking.

Additional rules:

- Guests must adhere to quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Pool and fitness facilities are open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from May through August. Any guests found violating the community pool and fitness rules will be immediately asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
- Third-party bookings are not permitted and may be canceled without a refund.
- Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave the unit.
- Smoking, vaping, and marijuana are not allowed inside the unit or building. Smoking is permitted at least 20 feet away from the building and patios.
- Only electric, propane, and pellet grills are allowed on the property. No open flames or charcoal grills. Grills are not allowed to be stored or operated on or underneath the decks as specified by fire and life/safety restrictions. There are two public grills on-site to be used at your convenience. (1 near the park and 1 near the pool)
- Guests who do not check out by 10:00 AM will be charged an additional fee of $40 for every half hour they have not checked out.
- Failure to return the parking passes will result in a $300 replacement fee (each).
