La Playa – Modern Beachfront Luxury on Los Muertos Beach

La Playa is a brilliant modern-designed beachfront beauty located right on Los Muertos Beach of the Romantic Zone, it is one of only five units in this boutique complex.

With amazing indoor/outdoor living space, lots of room for dining and lounging, the unit features ocean views from every space. The entire property is fitted with air conditioning, and each of the three bedrooms have their own oversized ensuite bathrooms, televisions, and private beachfront balconies.

Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds, and one boasts 2 queen beds. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a massive island and window to the outdoor eating area.

The building itself has overnight security, a large heated infinity pool shared by only five unique units that overlooks the ocean and space to entertain. Beach access is via a stairwell located just down the street from the front entrance to the building.

We will meet you for check-in on your arrival and will then be available via message or call during your stay as needed.

Los Muertos beach is the most saught-after beach area in Puerto Vallarta, nestled in the world renowned `Romantic Zone` - walking distance to the most popular restaurants, nightlife and Old town attractions.

PLEASE NOTE: The land on the south side of the stairwell from this property has just started breaking ground for a new property and will be doing construction during the daytime. There will be various levels of construction noise heard from Monday to Friday 8 am - 6 pm and Saturdays 8 am - 2 pm.
