Great Location, Clean Property

The location was great. The unit on the whole was very nice. The kitchen had anything one would need, if you wanted to cook. We only used the glases. The host left a bottle of wine which was very nice.

Great location for family vacation

This was a perfect location for our week-long family vacation. It's right on the beach, close to a supermarket and restaurants, and felt very secure. All of the personnel (security, concierge, housecleaning) are friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place / Property.

Manager and owner were extremely accommodating with check in / check out needs. Grocery store and shops right around the corner. Patio views were incredible. Would recommend.

Best area of PV in my opinion - close to Malecon but not too close.

Can’t get much closer to the ocean than this place and pool area was very nice and neighborhood is very safe……living room and kitchen were a bit tight for three couples but we spent most of our time out on the big balcony anyways.

Great spot in Puerto Vallarta

Incredible view to the beach. Very friendly management, security team and maintenance. We loved the walking distance to everything! Pool always clean and ready for us!! We really enjoyed the stay.

Great spot with stellar location

We loved our stay. Couldn’t keep track of how many balconies there were! Cute neighborhood that was a great blend of being convenient and not entirely touristy. Beach was a bit rocky and the pool was excellent! Great shallow section perfect for toddlers :)

Perfect locstion

We loved our stay. Staff were great. We would definitely recommend the property I would rate our stay as 5 but The unit is a little dated and the stairs to the penthouse bedroom are a bit treacherous and are not suitable for small children .

Incredible Family Vacation Home

We loved this property!!! My family and I spent Christmas and New Years here and can't say enough great things about our experience. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed, but...the views, the location and the amazing staff is what will bring us back!! Thank you Paulette we can't wait to re-book soon!

Great balconies overlooking the beach

Great location. Nice apartment with lots of balconies overlooking the ocean. Kitchen well stocked, furniture needs a little updating. staff always present and very helpful.

Great Experience

Property was exactly as described, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. Paulette made the whole reservation and trip easy and enjoyable. The staff at the property were very accommodating and helpful too. Would recommend the location to anyone wanting to visit beautiful Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing place to get away

It was a perfect place to be in PV. Right downtown and right on the beach. Just a few minutes from the Malecon. All of the staff were very helpful and were a pleasure to be around. We will be back again for sure.

Perfect location

The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring and enjoying Puerto Vallarta and it’s environment. Small building with just 8 units directly on the water. 5 balconies give you great views in every direction. Secure ground level parking is an extra bonus.

Perfect for our needs on this trip

Worked out well for our 5 adult family with staggered lengths of stay. Great to be right on the beach—with lounge chair and umbrella setups in the sand; fairly quiet as not on a busy main street; staff helpful and flexible; easy walkability for a variety of restaurants; market very close by. Enjoyed the balconies for morning coffee before starting the day (and for spotting whales passing through the bay!!).

This property is perfectly located off the beach, the Malecon and easy to get to everything you want. We very much enjoyed the condo between the space, decor, the comfort and how helpful everyone was. You will not be disappointed!
