This loft-style home is located in the heart of DTSA. The loft area features a low couch that can be converted into a full-sized mattress. Downstairs is a queen-sized Murphy bed, with clean sheets and linen for your convenience. Instructions for use are provided if needed.
We ensure a comfortable stay by providing extra linens, blankets, and bath towels. Guests can also enjoy the fresh air by opening the garage-style door, but caution is advised. Central AC and heating, controlled by the thermostat above the bed, ensure optimal comfort year-round.
For coffee enthusiasts, we offer a French press and small batches of coffee from a nearby coffee shop, perfect for both hot and iced coffee. Whether you prefer coffee grounds or K-cups, both options are provided for your convenience.
The loft area has a clearance of under 5ft, so please exercise caution to avoid hitting your head when accessing it. Instructions for operating the Murphy bed, garage door, and vinyl player will be provided for your convenience, or you can always reach out for assistance.
Film and photography are welcome, but please inquire for a quote beforehand. Additionally, pets must be pre-approved before bringing them along.
Guests have access to the entire loft.
This is a PAID PARKING
For the parking fees, they charge a maximum of $10 per exit if you stay overnight, with rates varying based on time.
$30/pet/day. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• If your dog has a barking tendency when left alone we kindly ask that you bring them with you when leaving the loft as we do have other guests in the building
• Pet must be ON leash at ALL times when outside of the home
•Pet must not be left unattended on the patio at all times
• Pets are NOT allowed on beds or furniture at anytime
• Pet feces must be cleaned after.
• Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks
• FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $100 floor disinfecting fee
• FEES: Pet showered in bath or sinks will result in a $200 fee
• Please follow check-in and out instructions
• You must CLIMB a ladder to reach one of the sleeping areas of this loft. This area is not for children, elderly, or those with physical and/or medical restrictions or special needs. It is not recommended to use for those under the influence. We cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents sustained.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property or building.
• Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• Be very careful when climbing the ladder to get on top of the loft. Please re-read the sentence above!
• Any Fees charged/collected before/during the reservation are non refundable
