We really enjoyed staying there. The place was relaxing with everything we needed. The bathroom was a little bit small, with no counter space, my wife is short and couldn't see in mirror as it was up too high.

Everything was just as pictured and described. Nice place, clean. etc. You don't have to get out in the traffic unless you want to. Great location. I also like that the furniture is comfortable and you're not sitting in the floor and find it painful to try and get up. We had a good time.

Nice small cabin. Price varies greatly from one week to the next. I originally reserved the week before we ended up going and the price was 1/2 of what it was the next week which was 10/9 - 10/13. Comfortable for 2 people because it is small with 1 BR 1 BA. Very small outside area. No grill or fire pit like many cabins.

It needs a grill! Every house around Cozy Bear had one. I was told HOA didn't allow one but why would HOA single out one house? Hang the full length mirror, Clean black mildew from toilet bowl.

Overall it’s a nice cabin everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. Don’t see a grill though. The grass was way over due for a cut. Outside of that everything was great.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The cabin was very cozy and had a great home like feel. We would highly recommend this cabin to anybody check in and check out process was very easy.

My wife and I had a great stay! There were a couple of minor incidents but the host was quick to respond and offer help. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, convenient location to amenities, and the comfy interior of the cabin.

The communication was excellent and the amenities were excellent. This particular cabin was well stocked with most things needed for cooking such as pots, pans, baking sheets, casseole dishes, blender, hand, mixer, etc. I was very impressed.

We absolutely loved our stay! We came here with our 4 year old and she loved the colorful lamps in the bedroom! It was cold the week we stayed so we really enjoyed the cozy fire place and the quaint neighborhood. Also, the host was extremely helpful and made the check-in/check out process so easy. The only recommendation that I would have is to place some instructions on the hot tub to explain how to operate it a little easier. Overall, we had so much fun and got some great relaxation also.

This was a very quiet location.The only suggestion to improve is to up the quality level of toilet paper and bathroom soap, maybe provide some facial tissue. Glad I brought my own.

The cabin was perfect! It was so warm and inviting with all the decorations and it felt like home the whole week we were there. It was very clean and didn't smell like dog (I know that other places that are pet friendly smell like it too). We stayed from July 3rd thru the 11th so I can't give the hot tub an accurate review as we each only used it once. The one thing I would say about that is maybe installing some privacy blinds on the doors so that people can't see you getting into and out of it. Everything else was good except for the bed being genuinely uncomfortable to sleep on. It felt like sleeping on a Flintstones bed. The toilet seat could've been better also since it was very uncomfortable to sit on. But besides that everything else was perfect. We didn't want to leave. Leave your electronics at home also since they have Roku and you can connect to any platform you have. Also please remember to log out of the devices before leaving. There were several accounts still logged in when we were there. I logged everyone out before we left. All in all this is a great place to spend the weekend, week, or all season!

When we arrived the cabin had a terrible smell. After one day it disappeared. It was hard sleeping the first night due to the smell. If the cabin had been closed up for awhile this could have caused the nauseating smell. Some of the end tables were very flimsy and the Chester drawer in the bedroom felt like it was made out of cardboard.

Scary beginning

Honestly when we drove into the cabin community our hearts sank. The entrance is very discouraging. There is an abandoned cabin falling down around itself. The grounds are grown over with weeds and falling trees. We chose to proceed on into the community and we were happily surprised by how maintained the cabins and properties were. There needs to be a cleaning of cobwebs on the ceiling molding and light fixtures in the cabin. It was a downer that there was no grill along with an outdoor eating area. The cabin was equipped with what was basically needed for 2 people and convenient to just about everything. Our fido felt at home.
