The location was excellent and reminded me of what Key West was like.Especially the bar across the street full of local residents

The property was exactly as described and though there is a bar/liquor store across the street the live music gave us the best experience. Plus it stops at 11pm each night.The location is right off Duval on the southeast side of the island so it is much quieter but still exceptionally close to coffee, shopping, food, and more.Bike, golf cart, and moped rentals around the corner. As well as a convenient store next door. This was a great spot!! The courtesy shuttle back to the airport was extremely helpful!

We had a wonderful stay! Alex and Rick were excellent hosts - very accommodating and personable!!! Would definitely stay in this or any other Colocada property in the future!!!

This place was perfect! Walking distance to the beach, a little deli attached right there. This will be our go to every year now. Keep in mind, that this is Key West, so there is going to be fun outside. So if you are looking for a super secluded stay, maybe look at one of the other units in the back.

Lovely location!

Nice, simple accomodation in a great location. There is a delightful deck just steps off the sidewalk to relax and enjoy the live music at the bar across the street. Also, quick beach access and decent street parking. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location to beach and Southern most point and Duval Street. Great food and live music steps away. The property included washer and dryer and hot tubs in a private secret garden area. Best bang for the buck with its location and amenities.

Great location for adults as close to everything you want!

We enjoyed the location and staff was very responsive. My preference would have been a more private space but was everything as advertised.
