Great location, can use some updating, had a musty smell, did have all the kitchen equipment needed, housekeeping stopped by with extra towels , did enjoy having coffee out by the pool.

Great location

Great location. Room could use a little upgrade but overall great place to stay. Roomy for a suite. Was concerned about minimal parking but not an issue at all. Would stay again.

Hollinsed House

Lois was so gracious, was always quick and answer or answered immediately. Gave us recommendations for our first visit and we enjoyed them all. Fabulous place to stay, peaceful but close to any activity you wanted. Walking distance from everything.

Amazing time!!

Can't say enough good things about our stay here. The place was beautiful and exceptionally clean. My girlfriend and I had such a great time and such a lovely stay. Lois is an absolutely fantastic host, too! She is so kind and helpful!!

Relaxing few days

This was in the heart of historic Key West. Just a walk to pickup food was a lovely experience. We rented a bike one day and flew to the Dry Tortuga National Park one day. We had a lovely time.

Excellent Week!

This was our first extended stay in Key West. We had a great time. Loved being centrally located in the historic district. We rented bikes for the week and road all over the island. The condo was nice, what we expected. Loved the patio/pool garden. The staff was great/responsive.

Road Trip 2023

This studio was in the perfect location of Key West to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was very comfortable and was set up with everything we needed to make the time we spent there great. With the weather being quite warm and muggy, the AC unit kept our room very comfortable. We were also very happy to be able to park in one of the 2 spaces out front since we heard that parking is a challenge. Would definitely recommend.

Close to all Old Town activities and venues

An interesting property in a convenient location. The private courtyard was a welcoming retreat. The room was nicely decorated with a wonderful a/c unit. Only disappointment was that it was advertised as “No Pets”, but there were two families with a total of three dogs. We had not been on the property 10 minutes when a vicious dog fight started. Not the owner or host fault, but unexpected.

our first visit to Key West

The Hollindsen House is in a wonderful location within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping areas. We were delighted with the outdoor space including the pool and surrounding gardens. We were not as impressed with the interior of the King Studio. Upon our entry we were overwhelmed with the smells of cleaning products - so much so that we needed to open the doors to allow for some fresh air. Of course, we wondered why there would be a need for this heavy dose of deodorant - was it to mask something or was it just thoughtless maintenance? The bathroom was very small and the shower hardly allowed for a person to turn around while bathing. We have used VRBO for many stays and have noticed that some properties are much more transparent with the price listed in the thumbnail descriptions while searching. In this case the price per night turned out to be 1-1/2 times the price shown in the initial description. All in all we had a good time here but I think the property was overpriced for what was offered.

Great getaway!

We love coming to Key West and this time was no different! Hollinsed House was the perfect place to stay. It was quiet and clean, close to everything we wanted to do and Lois is amazing!

Great location and communication with host.

This is a very budget friendly place. It is not luxury but it suited our needs great. It was a cool and clean place for us to spend a few hours in each day and to crash at night. We spent very little time in our room. The dipping pool was also nice option after a hot day running around Old Town. The room was a little musty but not overpowering. The best review I can give is we would stay here again.

Great stay at Hollinsed House

The property and rental unit was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and heated. The rental unit was located within walking distance of Duval street, yankee freedom boat terminal and delicious restaurants. The only challenge is the limited parking. Overall we had a great stay! Thank you.

Key West Christmas

Great King studio close walking to everything Old Town, including Dry Tortugas ferry. We are seniors, flew in and out, rented bikes one day. Unit is represented accurately and we would stay again.againstay return

Quaint little spot in the heart of Key West

The room is as described, nice, comfortable, decent amenities. There’s a small front yard area with a fountain and small pool shared by the other condos and usually someone sunbathing, always friendly though. Knocks? The shower is quite tiny, be aware as larger travelers may struggle.

Our 4th time staying at the Hollinsed, this time in Unit7. Great for just the two of us. Very convenient to everything. Manager is very responsive to all requests and questions. Will return!
