Hi Craig, thank you for staying with us and for the kind words about the deck and the redwoods. Those quiet moments under the trees are exactly what we love most about this place. We appreciate the feedback and want to address a few points. The property has 100 Mbps up/100 Mbps down fiber internet and several separate Wi-Fi networks, so guests can switch to whichever one has the strongest signal in their part of the house. My wife and I both depend on fast Wi-Fi all over the property, and we run speed tests weekly to confirm it. We're always happy to help troubleshoot, but we didn't hear from you during your stay. We would have gladly walked you through connecting to a better network. The earthy smell is something many homes nestled in the redwoods have, and we take steps to keep the air fresh. We'll take another look at it. Thanks for the note on the soap and for kindly picking some up for the next guests. We use a natural brand, but we'll switch to a different natural option that foams better. There was also coffee in the cabinet, so we're sorry you missed it. We always love hearing from guests during their stay so we can address any issues right away. We're glad you enjoyed your time here and hope you'll come back to the river again!

Hi Sandy, thanks for your review. We do have a hair dryer, sorry you didn't see it in the bathroom. We also mentioned in a direct message that there was a button to turn the globe lights on.

Hi Audrey, thanks for your feedback. In this instance, unfortunately it seems like a case of user error for your connectivity issues. We have fiber quality internet, and 3 range extenders (all with the same password, as we described to you when you checked in) that service the entire quarter acre our property exists on, including the rustic redwood levels at the top of our land. I have done speed tests all over our property and we have a minimum speed of 100 up/down, which is more than enough to run everyone's devices. We appreciate your sharing your concerns though, and look forward to hosting you again in the future :)
