Experience fresh forest air, tranquility and relaxation at our unique treehouse nestled in the redwoods. Private outdoor hangout areas, private entrance, full kitchen, large bedroom with a memory foam king bed, work station with standing desk and high speed internet, laundry and 1.5 baths. A short walk to the Russian River, 1.8 miles to Armstrong Redwoods Park, 25 minute drive to the coast. The cottage is nestled on its own private level of the property while the host's house is on street level.

Amazing property in such a beautiful location. So many things to do but relaxing under the trees was one of the best. The hosts were excellent, especially GiGi. Hope to come back soon!

The host has the treehouse stocked with everything we could have needed. It was very clean and well cared for. It was a perfect spot to spend a couple days. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The coziest cabin with the best vibe. Our stay was absolutely effortless thanks to our amazing hosts. The cabin it self was nestled at the upper level of the property and felt very private. Inside was very clean and all the essentials were made available. I absolutely loved the boho feel of the place and really appreciated the AMAZING king bed in the bedroom. The luxury linens and comfortable mattress made for such restful nights. The location was also amazing just a brief 10 minute drive (at the most) to downtown and Johnson’s Beach. If you are considering staying in Rio Nido or surrounding areas I highly recommend staying at the Alchemy!

Amazing!

The cabin and the experience were exceptional. Great location, setting, and the cabin had everything we needed. Likewise, the cabin was very clean and communication with the host was very easy. I can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect weekend get away! The host was exceptional. The house is nestled on a hillside under the canopy of thick redwoods. Well maintained and very clean. If you are looking for quiet and peace, this is the place.

Very clean. Quiet and peaceful. Bed was very comfortable. Suggestion would be to have notebook on how to turn on globe lights in front. Would have been helpful to have a hair dryer. Host was very quick to respond.

Quiet, Secluded, Tiny House in the Redwoods

Very nice accommodations. Good use of space for the small cottage- perfect for 2 people. Well equipped kitchen to prepare our own meals. The ONLY issue was no cell service and the WiFi was temperamental. Very gracious hosts. Would stay here again in spite of the connectivity issues.

Hi Audrey, thanks for your feedback. In this instance, unfortunately it seems like a case of user error for your connectivity issues. We have fiber quality internet, and 3 range extenders (all with the same password, as we described to you when you checked in) that service the entire quarter acre our property exists on, including the rustic redwood levels at the top of our land. I have done speed tests all over our property and we have a minimum speed of 100 up/down, which is more than enough to run everyone's devices. We appreciate your sharing your concerns though, and look forward to hosting you again in the future :)

Quaint and Cool Experience

The treehouse is a private and quiet oasis that sit behind tall trees. It was such a serene and relaxing place to recharge. The host was exceptionally responsive and very welcoming. Would recommend if you are looking for a reset.

Beautiful forest bathing amidst the powerful redwood trees. Loved the outdoor patio space. John dreamed of climbing the redwoods while reading a good book. Peaceful timeless positive energy. The house was very clean and inviting for a relaxing stay. Enjoyed a quiet walk through the neighborhood.

Excellent personal getaway

This was the perfect personal retreat, a little getaway from the city quietly tucked away in the forest. This cabin had all the amenities I needed for the weekend. It was warm and cozy. The entire home was immaculately clean and well arranged. I loved having the forest just a step away from the bedroom. I could live there forever and I would highly recommend this cabin for a solo or couple's retreat.

Our property is setup on a 1/4 acre of redwoods nestled deep in a canyon off of the Russian River. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with many different types of Japanese maples, bamboo species, and seasonal plants to compliment the towering redwoods. Time spent here is incredibly quiet and relaxing.
