- PET POLICY - Dogs only - NO cats! - $120 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is NOT enclosed - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.
- 1 car max. parking. Quiet hours 9pm - 9am, to be observed by all guests
- Outside lights go off between 10PM & 11PM
- We are 1/2 mile up from HWY 116 (River Rd). Smaller, paved roads through a neighborhood to cottage.
- 5 min drive to downtown Guerneville
