Property manager, Maria, met us on site to insure smooth check-in. The property has everything you need from kitchen appliances to beach towels. The beach is a short walk down the hill, no more than 10 minutes, unless you stop at one of the rum shops or to pick up mangos :)Maria provided excellent suggestions for food and shops. The location of the property is ideal for those who like to get a real feel for the local scene. I would definitely stay here again

It was just a wonderful getaway. Maria was amazing, letting us know where the entertainment was. The plunge pool was just what was needed after a hot day on the beach.

Well equipped property near Thunder Bay, Wonderful view of the sea . Maria the house manger was very helpful. Would definitely visit again.

Terrific private quiet setting. Beautiful small garden with regular hummingbird and bananaquit visitors. Hope to stay again in the future.

Maria (property manager) was great work with and provided great local recommendations. The view from the terrace was amazing and the property had everything we needed for our stay.

Just like the comforts at home but way nicer weather. Nice to meet u Pat. Looking forward to next year. Maria is an excellent manager with great local tips. Kim keeps the place spotless. Love the view, the deck and the plunge pool!

A beautiful apartment with wonderful views. Exceptionally well equipt. Very helpful and friendly host and owner. Couldn't fault it in any way. Preferable to have a car, but only 10/15 mins walk to beach and bus stops. It is on a hill so not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties to ealk. Spectacular sunsets!

Love this place! Thank you Maria for all your recommendations. You made our stay all the more pleasant.Easy walk to the beach & the bus line though the last little bit back up the hill will get your heart pumping. Thunder Bay for beach chair and bar, Simone's eats right at the bottom of the hill will keep you in good spirits all week. The locals are friendly and helpful. Jordan's grocery in Speightstown has everything you'll need and it's a short bus ride. This place has everything we needed for a restful vacation.

A wonderful stay

Lovely property exactly as described and as the photos show. Very comfortable with a great firm bed and very well equipped kitchen. The plunge pool was great and the beach at Reeds Bay was gorgeous. Communications with Maria was brilliant and check in and out were incredibly straightforward. Loved our 3wks here

Absolutely wonderful stay . It was everything we hoped for and more The beach here in Thunder Bay was absolutely gorgeous and the walk there was beautiful Highly recommend staying here

The apartment was just the perfect size for my daughter and me. There is air conditioning in all rooms which was a plus. The outdoor space is amazing and we spent a lot of time in the plunge pool. Maria was communicative and responsive to all questions and requests. I would stay here again.

Very clean, close to the beach, and house manager, Maria is helpful with suggestions, and the cleaning woman, Kimberly is friendly and nice. We would definitely recommend!

Great stay

Beautiful beach a 10 minute walk from a perfect, calm and cozy apartment. Plenty of outdoor living space and easy to catch a ride to wherever you'd need to go. Not for those who have limited mobility, but for our group it was perfect.

Fabulous stay

We had a fantastic 9 days in this gorgeous well equipped apartment in St James. Anything you could possibly need is available and the location is perfect. Hiring a car is essential and the brilliant Maria is always on hand to help and advise. Kimberly does a great job of keeping the place looking perfect and is such a lovely lady. We will certainly return here and would highly recommend.

Perfection

Stunning property. Felt like a home and not a rental property. Location was perfect for us as we love the local thunder bay beach and with the car, it sits in the centre of our special towns of holetown and speightstown . Already booked for next Christmas
