Michael, the host, has been excellent right from the start and throughout our month long stay. Excellent support with questions and especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out on the balcony. The property was ideally located for our needs, being in walking distance of all that we needed and hoped for to a enjoyable holiday.

The facility was wonderful. The only problem was initially locating it do to poor road signs.

Renting the property was easy and working with the owner was easy and pleasant.

George was a great guest , clean and tidy and easy to communiate with, I would have him back anytime. Thanks again George. P.s we are trying to get the local authority to improve singnage on the island, work in progress.

Speightstown

This was an excellent property! As advertised. The location is perfect, short distance to holetown.

Speightown is fast developing as the go to vacation spot for ease of access to beaches and a laid back atmosphere , with lots of choices for dining for every pocket , all within 5 to 20 min from the town, yet continues to retain that small town charm. See you soon.

Ideal location

Stayed two weeks. Never tired of view. Host was responsive and helpful. Apartment is as advertised, spacious and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again

Whitesands Apartments Feb 2024

Property was comfortable and kitchen well-equipped for preparing meals. Michael responded quickly to any concerns . Overall a great stay.

Lovely stay by the beach

My husband and I tagged our stay on to the end of a long work trip and it was perfect for us. The location is excellent with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and what felt like our own private beach! I had a coffee and sat on that balcony every morning! Lovely. The place was well appointed and the AC was cold- what more could you ask for! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Fabulous location in a great appartment

The property was incredibly well equipped, including loungers you could take to the beach. It felt so much like a home! The balcony was a great place to sit and watch the sea. Lovely Speitstown is only a five minute walk away. The only slight downside is that when people come and go from the flats above you do hear them from the bedroom but we wouldn't have missed the chance of staying there for the world! Wonderful!

Hi Tim , We are looking at getting them to carpet the walkway so those guest can be less noisy, usally happens when they have had too much rum punch .lol Great having you. Michael

We had a very good time everything was ok, we thought that overall it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked especially in the bathrooms and all round the taps , the view was good and the location was great, Michael was prompt in sorting the air conditioning controls and the new lock for the back door.

Satisfactory

Location was perfect, close to the beach and walking distance to stores and food vendors. Although because of the low season it was a little too quiet. We had some difficulties checking in with all the locks and codes but made us feel safe.The apt had everything we needed although we encountered quite a bit if insects, mosquitoes, cockroaches and sugar ants on all counters. My recommendation are to bring alot of insect repellent! Excellent for families. If you’re single go to the south coast!

Terrible experience - avoid

There was a dog barking every night, but the gig issue was the washer/dryer broke down and we were without laundry facilities or towels for more than 24 hours. Full credit to the owner, he replaced the washer as soon as he could but the dryer was going to take more work. However, whilst the washing machine was being replaced a full Marks and Spencer Christmas cake disappeared. When we noticed that it was missing, I called the owner to inform him, which he needed to be aware of due to him returning the following day, with his workmen. The cake is not the issue here, we had expensive designer bags, clothing and electronics and did not want to risk anything else going missing.The response from the property owner was bizarre! He flew into a rage and accused us of trying to ruin his reputation, he ranted foul abuse and threatened us with immigration, police and his attorney and told us to leave the property, the following morning by 12pm or face the consequences. We received a WhatsApp assurance from him that a refund would be processed straight way on departure. We had to leave our accommodation after being evicted in Christmas week at considerable extra cost. The refund never materialised and he even deleted the messages from WhatsApp. He did not cancel the reservation, to generate the refund. Luckily, we photographed all of his messages prior to deletion and claimed a successful Consumer Credit Act s75 refund from him. Book this at your own risk but take head of the above.
