Overall great location and worked well for us. The street is a little rough but accurately described in the listing. We did end up washing the sheets because one of the beds smelt a little stale, but otherwise it worked well for us.

Brianne thanks for the wonderful review glad you enjoyed your stay As to stale sheet housekeeping strips every bed every time and washes all linenes We used to add gain so sheets would have a washed smell some folks didn't like gain.i will talk to housekeeping as a additive to add a fresh smell to the washer

Perfect place to stay with 2 families for a Rocker B Tournament. Less than 15 minutes from the fields and short walk to the water. The host was super helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommend!

Quick to reply when had questions. Pictures misleading. There isn’t a backyard, the hot tub and fire pit are at the edge of where the driveway ends. Wasn’t the cleanest.

Thanks for review but no there is not back yard large front yard and cooking area hot tub and firpit are all at ge end of a large wide entrance outside the covered parking. Leaves and trees blooming are a problem for a few weeks in the spring and fall

To be completely honest, this stay was just ok. It got the job done and was close to Rocker B Ranch which was our biggest reason for visiting. The neighborhood was rough but this was noted in the listing so we were expecting that and did not let that effect the property’s rating. Our 3 star rating is based off of the appearance of the bathroom not photographed in the listing. The bathtub and shower were not photographed for a reason! The shower head leaked and taking a bath was not something anyone felt comfortable doing with the appearance of the tub. Another reason for our rating was the hot tub.. the hot tub was foggy, dirty and had a dead frog floating in it at arrival. The property owner sent someone out the following day and nothing changed. Other than those two big issues, the property had some small cleaning issues. (under the sink, dead bugs in the windowsills, etc) So, again this property was just ok in our opinion.

Thanks for the review we have since replaced garden tub with new walk in shower and removed old shower now a new linen closet hall bathroom has new tub with new tiled walls thanks for letting us know so we listened and changed everything Thanks Jackie

Great visit! Walkable to the water, cozy and comfortable home. Came for Rocker B and stayed as a family of 4 with 2 grandparents and were all very comfortable. Communication with host was proactive and quick. Would stay here again!

Great location to the lake and Rocker B Ranch. We came for a baseball tournament on Memorial Day Weekend. We enjoyed the hot tub each night. The host is very responsive to questions. Overall, we had a terrific stay.
