The weekend we stayed, was a down pour for almost 24 hrsMany of the properties had water issues, Our flooded the front of the hose. So much water created streams everywhere and Jordon took care of us that night.We had a great stay considering it was the wettest, and coldest week in years

My family has enjoyed staying at The Retreat for several quick vacations. Every house has been clean, comfortable, roomy and fully stocked with everything we needed. The “crowning glory” of the Retreat Houses is there is access to a large beautiful pool AND a beautiful lake right across the street! A great place to make family adventures along with your dogs!We will continue to frequent The Retreat!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the well kept landscape which allowed us to watch the wildlife including the deer.

Great pet friendly option right across from the boat ramp. Hemingways restaurant and the grocery store are both very close. Jordan took great care of us and we will definitely be coming back.

Conveniently Located Near Rocker B, Clean, Safe, Quiet…Perfect!

Weekend stay for baseball at Rocker B. Everything was perfect. Great little place for a family of 3-6.

Perfect! Will stay again.

The property was perfect for our large group. We all had our own cabins and were still able to enjoy each other each night. The lake is right across the street and the facilities are great.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home in a cute little cabin community. Property management had great communication, great views, clean/new house. We would definitely stay again!

Pros: The cabin was really cute and in a great location! Big pool if you want to cool off. Beds and pillows were super soft and comfy! Property was well stocked with everything we needed. Showers had great water pressure! Cons: The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable, more of a staged home opposed to one you can relax in/on and watch movies. Kitchen Chairs w no cushions and a leather small couch, more for a 10 minute convo and move on to somewhere else. The shades were c-through and need to have a black out shade with it. The primary bedroom was very hot and spider webs in all window seals. Back porch furniture too dirty and too many spider webs to utilize. Overall, it is a nice place with some minor details needed to be addressed.

Spotless Rental

The condo was immaculate with lots of room to spread out. We spent a lot of time on the back patio watching deer walk out of the woods. The pool was also fantastic.

Home was clean and nicely redone. Beds were comfortable and kids enjoyed playing in the backyard and seeing the deer. Very convenient for Rocker B tournament. Main suggestion is heavier light filtering or blackout shades in the bedrooms would be really helpful.

Awesome cabin to spend a few days!

Property is over the top. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Had a wifi issue the first night. I called the host and the issue was resolved immediately. Too chilly to swim but the pool looks inviting. Overall A+ rating and we will definitely stay again!

Family time

The moonlight ridge was a great house for family of six which included four adults and two toddlers . The little ones enjoyed their bunk bed set up while the parents and grandparents had spacious rooms to retreat to as well. The kitchen and living room gave us lots of space for meals and family activities . We really loved the porches both in front and back to watch the deer ,rabbits and birds. We went to the pool every day and loved looking out at the river and boat activity. The retreat is a quiet friendly group of homes with a laid back vibe.

Great cabin and great location

The retreat is a great place to stay when in PK or playing ball at Rocker B! Jordan was a great host. The AC in our unit went out the night before we were due to arrive and Jordan called us to offer us options. With it being a full weekend at Rocker B and the lake , every place was booked and we were there to watch our grandsons. They brought in window units and fans and made it so nice and cool in most of the house and only one room was warm but tolerable at night We were so thankful. The place is beautiful and we will definitely recommend and be back every time we come to PK. Midnight ridge is beautiful !
