We absolutely loved this home! It was spotless when we arrived, and the pool was warm and perfect for relaxing. All of the bedrooms were a great size, and the primary suite was amazing—so spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The location was super convenient to shopping, restaurants, Ft Myers, Four Mile Cove, and Pine Island/Matlacha/St. James City. Communication with the owner was excellent too. We would definitely stay here again!

Jon was such a great host and the house was amazing! He accommodated for our every need, and there wasn’t a single thing that he wasn’t willing to help us with. The house was spacious, the pool was always the perfect temperature and was located in close proximity to many restaurants, stores, etc. and overall was just the perfect spot for our weeklong getaway. We will most definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay

There is not one thing that I could have wanted or needed that wasn’t thought of with this home. Immaculate home! Location was perfect. Jon was available and provided help with any questions I had. Will definitely stay again! Do not hesitate on this one!

Amazing property

We have experienced two unforgettable vacations at this property, and there's a compelling reason we keep returning—and plan to do so in the future. We absolutely love this place! Cape Coral is truly amazing, and the house itself felt like our ultimate retreat. Honestly, we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave; we had such a fantastic time right inside. The property offers everything you could wish for: a refreshing pool, a well-equipped kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, an exquisite dining room, and a cozy living area. It made for the perfect family getaway! My kids are already begging to return in July, and I'm more than inclined to make that happen—if the owner permits, of course. This last trip was a special adult-only weekend for the girls, allowing us to recharge as mothers. We cherished every moment and can't wait to return. This property is a true gem, and I can't recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful 18-night stay at this beautiful four-bedroom, two-bath home. It was in excellent condition, very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The heated pool was a huge hit — we could hardly get the grandkids out of it!The home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and we loved seeing the many burrowing owl nests within walking distance. The host was quick to communicate and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home in Cape Coral.
