You'll be in close proximity to the best restaurants Waynesville has to offer - from Boojum Brewing to the Sweet Onion. Stop in the Patio on Church Street just steps up the short walk away or settle in for delightful bakery items at Kandis Bakery. Enjoy early morning or afternoon break at Orchard Coffee. Whether you're relaxing or enjoying the downtown vibe, you'll feel right at home here. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
Fun attraction: The First Friday of every month is a downtown Waynesville tradition called 'Art After Dark.' Stroll the streets just up the hill from our home to admire galleries and local shops.
On four Friday nights in the summer, come down for the Mountain Street Dances. Put on your cloggin’ & square dancin’ shoes and enjoy an old fashioned mountain hoedown in front of the Historic Courthouse.
For winter fun, check out the nearby Cataloochee Ski Area and Tube World in Maggie Valley and the Ice Carving Winter Fest.

Comfortable, convenient and clean. Great beds and linens, walk to restaurants and shops downtown, take in the Saturday farmers market and maybe a show at HART theater. Caroline is a great hostess.

Perfect host, easy check in. Excellent location for our needs. Very quiet neighborhood and 1 and a half blocks away from mainstreet restaurants and shops. Beautiful home very clean and quaint. We will definitely be coming back

Great location to walk to town. Everything went smoothly and Caroline is a great host. I highly recommend!

Host/owner was amazing and very attentive. The home had everything you would need for your stay. Location was perfect for downtown and surrounding areas. Information for the home and area was very helpful. would highly recommend.

Thank you for being a fantastic guest who communicated and left our property spotless. Guests in October have immediate parking at our property and access to our Church Street Fair, Apple festival, and Art after Dark which is the first Friday of each month in historic downtown main street.

Great Location and Sweet House
Everything was great! Clean, beds were extremely comfortably, and host was easy to talk with and friendly! Cant think of anything that wasnt great and you cannot beat how close it is to Main Street. I walked it every morning and it was beautiful!

Caroline is the sweetest! She thinks of everything, making our Christmas stay so special! (She even had a small tree for us) The cottage was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed walking a short couple blocks to downtown Waynesville to shop and eat! Such a special time to be there!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was quant and clean. Simple decor that made you feel that at homeCountry vibe. WeLoved the kitchen and dining area. Each bed room was nice and comfy! And the tv room was nice with the big open windows!

Excellent location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Clean and easy communication. The use of barn doors for bathrooms, bedrooms etc. allows visible access to the rooms and lack of locking. If 2 couples or a family are staying here this could be an issue. The refrigerator is a bit noisy. The shower door has a gap so water leaks out. Town activity can make it a bit noisy in the morning. Trying to set the expectation. If those concerns sound minor you will love the place.

This charming house was everything my family of 3 needed, and then some! I found communication excellent, especially for check-in instructions and all expectations exceeded. Everything was clean and needs were well-considered. Location is fantastic for local dining and shopping.
