Communication with the host was always great from initial booking, and any questions we had were immediately answered. The rental property was as described, with a very well stocked kitchen of pots, pans, and many other kitchen items one would have at their own home. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the view from the porch of the golf club and mountains. We would happily vacation here again.

We would use this Vrbo the next time we go to Waynesville. But giving it too good of a review may make it harder for us to find an available time to stay there ourselves. So I’m torn. Say the truth and it will be impossible for me to ever use this property again due to demand or fib and make it easier for me to return. My decision is to say that it was very nice. I can’t lie. Thank you April for offering your property for our short trip.

This has been our second stay at this location. We love the convenience to Waynesville, the views of the Waynesville Country Club golf course and of course, the VRBO itself with everything that you can think of provided for their guests.

This property is amazing! It was very clean, extremely comfortable and most spacious! I don't think I have ever stayed in a place for two with this much space. In essence, it has two living areas both with TVs and electric fireplaces. The kitchen was big with a nice center bar where you can place your snacks, plastic wear and other kitchen items you bring on your trip. The bed room is more than roomy and the king bed was very comfortable as were the couches and chairs in the living areas. In addition, the house is so well stocked with anything you may need. If you forgot an item or two on your trip, chances are this property would have it. And I'm not kidding! I've never seen a property so well stocked! We enjoyed the evenings sitting on the porch with a beautiful view of the golf course and mountain range! The porch also has a nice round table with four chairs for dining. Porch is really nice! April was most cordial and communicative! When I come back to Waynesville or this area I will definitely try to secure this property again!

Great place to stay to explore Waynesville. This is one of those places where you really feel like the host is sharing their home. There is plenty of space for a couple to spread out. The home has a very cool vibe with cool decorations and furniture. It is very comfortable. The outdoor space is great for relaxation. Cool kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, plus what you may have forgotten. The Old School 80's Amana Refrigerator is a throwback to when things were built to last!

The amenities were wonderful and spacious and the views were awesome! It was quiet and secluded yet close to so many things. The host was gracious, communicative, and accommodating. Loved the fireplaces! Had a fabulous time!

What a wonderful place to stay in Waynesville. This home overlooks a golf course, with mountain views. The inside had all we needed, and was very clean. The porch was good space, too! Communication with the owner was excellent! We would definitely stay there again.

If I could give this property 10 stars, I would. It’s the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The mountain views are amazing, there’s a wraparound porch with an electric fireplace, and 3 more fireplaces inside. It’s beautifully furnished and has anything a person could ever want or need. April was a very accessible host who went out of her way to let us know where everything was and provide extras like snacks and brochures etc. about the area. My only regret was that we only had 2 nights to stay there. I hope we’ll be able to go again and spend a longer time.

Wonderful hosts. The home is very clean. It has anything and everything you could possibly need. The layout is a little strange, but it works. I didn’t realize there was a downstairs that was a separate rental. I kept hearing noises and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. There’s a staircase that has a baby gate. I walked down the stairs to make sure we didn’t have unwelcome guests and I could hear people talking. It was creepy! There’s a door that locks that separated the downstairs from the upstairs, but still the thought that there were other people in the same house as you, was very unsettling. It’s not mentioned in the listing and not something I was mentally prepared for. We didn’t have any issues, everything was fine, but I think maybe it’s because I have watch too many true crime shows haha!

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay and had everything you needed. Although we do not regularly rent out both floors simultaneously, we have not previously received any negative feedback. Nevertheless, we take your note and we will be sure to confirm with guests about their level of comfort. As a note, There is a double coded door to keep both floors separate without access by any guests. Units have separate entrances and separate driveways as well. The views from the bedroom and porch were stunning, surrounded by trees and overlooking a golf course with mountains beyond, it was the perfect place to end the day under the stars and then start the morning feeling refreshed. Stargazing at night and yoga on a wraparound porch are things I didn’t know I needed. Our stay was only two days but the beautiful spacious layout of this home and the attention to detail from the host made it feel like a full retreat. The welcome binder was a nice touch and incredibly helpful. It led us to, some really fun places in town, we ate dinner by the river and enjoyed the perfect hike for the time we had all thanks to the details provided by the host. The home itself was so spacious and beautifully designed, we felt instantly welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed the décor and special unique pieces throughout the home. The bedroom was expansive featuring a darling tree mural and luxury huge comfortable bed with a fireplace. The kitchen was also amazing and fully stocked with all the essentials. It had a separate coffee bar, laundry room and there was even an office setup which was easy to use and a thoughtful and practical bonus. We loved it so much and are so grateful the host was so thoughtful, easy to work with immediately responsive. We can't wait to book our next stay, bring the rest of the family and stay longer. It truly was a retreat.

Do not let the fact someone else stays on the bottom floor stop you from booking. You will miss out. Completely separate and we would have never even known. This is a great find. Very big and very comfortable. Close to everything. So clean. Sad we only could stay 2 nights. We want to come back. Everything you need and host responds quickly.

House was very clean, well appointed, comfortable, and well located for accessing various places around town. We particularly enjoyed the coffee & tea bar. House was unusually well stocked with items one might need even in an emergency . View of the golf course and mountains was very nice off the deck. The Host (April) was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend this rental.

What a view! This is our third year staying at Cosmic lane , and each year gets better. The house is set up high above the Waynesville golf course. Instructions from our host to access the house were perfect. Inside are three very large areas - kitchen , living room and king bedroom with an outside porch running the length of the house. Completely furnished with everything that you’d need for a stay. Thanks to our host - April for great communication. We will be back
