The Space:
Designed for large groups to gather, the spacious living room with smart tv, surround sound system, and ample seating overlooks mountain landscapes through sliding glass doors. Head outside to the open deck with shaded dining space, grill, and comfortable outdoor seating where you can enjoy glimpses of Lake Arrowhead and fresh mountain air. Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with standard appliances, coffee maker, toaster oven, and all the cookware you’ll need for convenient cooking at home. When your group meals aren’t shared outside, make use of the indoor dining table and extra barstool seating.

When you’ve had your fill of relaxation, head downstairs to get competitive in the game room with pool table and ping pong.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with king size bed, gas fireplace, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. Enjoy beautiful nature-filled views through sliding glass doors which lead onto a second balcony with daybed style swing.

Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and its own set of sliding glass doors leading onto the same outdoor balcony space.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
You must be 21 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 21 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund.
- There is an AC unit, which is rare in this location!
- To ensure compliance with local city and county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.
- The home has an additional half-bathroom.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Parking space for 2 vehicles are provided in the driveway.
**Driveway is steep and guests will need 4WD, AWD, and/or chains during snow and icy winter conditions. Driver should enter from the right side of the house, levels off at the top.**
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet/per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee prior to your arrival.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30.00 per hour.
