**Parking can be very difficult to find in this highly popular area. Most of the parking is metered with a 4 hour time limit. This property provides no parking, temporary or otherwise, and blocking or utilizing neighbor driveways will result in immediate towing. Other Things to Note:
- IMPORTANT: Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on this property and will result in a $500 fine and additional action up to eviction.

- Please note that due to numerous stairs, this is not a good fit for anyone with mobility issues.

- This is a 2-bedroom apartment located in a multi-tenant building, and like all apartments, slight noise from the other apartments occupants can be heard at times. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am to ensure a quiet home!
